I haven't been able to use it yet because I can't get the battery chamber open. Why make it so hard? I'm going to have to find someone to get it open.

The cooling fan is on constantly. I was told I have to live with the noise. It is okay other than that fan noise.

It all started off perfectly! Very knowledgeable and eager salesman helped me select several computers and printer as well as supplies. And then, upon arrival to my home, the one “open box” item in box had NO power cord!! After trying to reach the actual store…..(can’t be done - it goes to a call center- that cannot and will not solve the problem!!!). Five calls so far with over an hour and 20 min on hold, several weeks later and still no one will solve this simple problem. I know the sales guy would have immediately. The incompetent call center with an accent near impossible to understand said- if there is a problem, usually one goes back to the store- which is 2 hours away from my home!!! Hence why everything was shipped. Urgghhh!!

I bought this last October and the thing went kaput on me today and don’t know what’s going on with it

what a piece of crap. what you see is what you get.....virtually nothing. all in one = 0. no cd/dvd drive, i'd have to buy it seperately, 1 usb port requiring i buy a hub. and one thing i thought i'd get with a desktop would have been 3 audio inputs. in, out, mic in. i returned this computer. not worth the price when you consider the things you'll need to buy for your own personal needs.

I sent it back and haven't heard anything from no one it would not turn on

The monitor, speakers and mouse were ok, but keyboard space bar sticks.

Product is working now but was very very dificult to set up

It seemed OK at first but seemed to have some problems. Over the last month the horrible tech support from HP has wasted hours of my time and the problems just grew. So sorry I bought this.

It did not work. The tech tried it the next day when I brought it back and confirmed it was faulty. I then ordered the same type computer, a Lenovo, from BestBuy. The DVD reader also would not work. The tray would not open. I replaced it.

Brand new and i have had nothing but problems! Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. They said it was a hardware malfunction but will not replace if it continues to happen.

It the worse packaging ever they broke it in the shipping or it was broke before the shipped it. Took it back

The computer is fine, but the service received for the data transfer and set up of the computer was very poor

After one month the computer wouldn’t start returning it to the store

I don't like it. I did a big mistake to purchase this HP..., I should go to MAC............ugh

A great and powerful computer that can handle schoolwork. I have had this computer for a month now and am happy with the purchase. The only drawback would be the wireless charging it can be a bit laggy and charge slowly but that is not its primary function so I am not going to hold that against them.

Slow and laggy. Simply logging in to windows is taking time

I don’t recommend buying anything from Best Buy. Best Buy is a joke
