Needed a new desktop and was looking for something inexpensive and meet my needs, which is music and photos and works great for it.

Computer works great. It does what it is suppose to do. I really like to new App screen with windows 8. It also has a tone of space.

I ended up having to buy a service contract when I tried to get a problem fixed during set up. HP warranty is only on hardware. This product had a software defect that needed repair immediately which cost me either a costly service fee or a service contract.

Good computer for the money spent. Works well except for windows 8 is a pain. But we registered for windows 10 so no problems.

I have always had a PC, but this is my first HP computer. Easy to set up, I was able to get started using it right away. The new Windows is a slightly different format, more colorful and more appealing. The Microsoft package is also slightly different, but all changes are good in my opinion.

Its a middle value desktop. I was very happy to get it with windows 7 because windows 8 is garbage. Thank you.

I really like this computer because it is a lot faster than my old one. However, I had to call the Geek Squad 3 times in 4 weeks because of problems with it. The last time was because it crashed.. Geek Squad had my computer up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I don't know if I just happened to get a defective computer or it there are problems with all of them.

This computer is perfect for us. It took a little time to get used to the new software. However, we had some trouble switching to Windows 10 :( Then a scam outfit shut down our computer completely. New computers should come with a brief on how to avoid the latest security troubles.
