It seems to work ok but not great for the money I spent, It has froze up about 5/6 times hope it is done with that, I needed a replacement and this is what I got, I always deal with Best Buy.

Have had to replace the original one with in months - it won't let me shut down had to pull plug and let sit before could get it to let me power down correctly - this one has done it a couple times - have learned to live with it - seems to be a flaw in both units - hopefully they can fix this issue will not buy again - when working correctly - it is okay - just fustrating when whats to act up - never my primary unit

the power supply does not support a gaming video card and the case was 1/2" too short on depth. Wanted a smaller case but did not realize the video card would not fit.

Had to reconfigure this computer with my daughter's help (IT Manager). Only the SSD drive was connected and ran out of space before I loaded all my software/data on this new machine. Discovered the 1T hard drive for data had to be connected as well as reconfiguring the entire computer. What's the point of marketing a second drive for data if they can't even be bothered to connect and properly configure the computer out of the box???

the outlet for the cd player is extremely more difficult to use being in a sideways position. The light is minimal and hard to see in bright light.

This unit is ok, but for the price it should have more. It does not come with Win. 10 Pro and it is slow. Not great, but ok for now.

Computer works good. Had to reinstall Windows after hard drive some corrupt sectors a few months after installation.

Windows 10 has been causing issues and i’ve had it back for service twice to correct. Otherwise when operating its been what I needed.

Hard drive is slower than it should be. HP set up Firewall incorrectly, but otherwise normal. Solid but not flashy.

If I knew you could not change the PSU, would not have bought this.

not very expandable, but for light duty work its fine.

This was purchased as a Christmas present for my husband. Due to illness he probably put in 10 hours on it before it crapped out. I replaced the cmos battery and it worked for another 5 min. before crapping out again. The nearest store is 2 hours away and it's been discontinued.

My experience with the computer was limited. Everything was going well as I worked my way through the setup process. When I got to the point of loading programs I discovered that the dvd drive did not work. I removed everything that I had installed and returned it.

Two problems...1) anything you load goes straight to the Solid state memory first and bogs down the speed right off the bat. 2) I am getting a high pitch harmonic spin vibration on the front face plate that changes if you even touch the computer. Very annoying

Slow for an i7. Nice look though. Otherwise is ok.

Dont buy this unless you buy the version with 256gb on the solid state drive. Professionals Had problems uploading my applications’ OS because just not enough space for anything other than Windows office with a 128gb solid state drive (i was sold the 256 harddrive but given a 128 only ss hard drive after geek squad partial setup.

I purchased this thought it was a decent deal as it was supposed to have been checked out by the geek squad the power failed 3 time with in a few weeks. Returned for a new unit

Not sure what the exact problem was, but the computer would lock out the WiFi after shutting down. After 3 returns to Geek Squad in two weeks I returned the cpu for a non HP computer.

Got it as an open box - supposed to be in excellent condition. Turns out it had a CMOS error - could not turn the computer on once it would shutdown by itself. Sent it to HP to be fixed
