computer freezes up

The mouse completely disappears so the only "solution" is a reboot which has caused me to loose the material on which I was working. Also, the mouse died in less than one month and I had to get a new mouse. My previous H P computer was seven years old and I received a Microsoft warning that the hard drive was about to crash. I bought this current Pavilion and had my data transferred. I am extremely upset with H P

Fast computer great for the money

Also wanted to shop local so if I were to encounter any issues with unit, I could return it with no hassle. The salesman Lonnell was very helpful, I explained what I was going to use my computer for and he helped me get the right one. He was a great help.
