Decent computer for the price

Had to restart every time we to use. Tech support tried to help which reduced the number of times we have to go through this process but occasionally still happens

Not the computer for a novice.

Geek Squad said they could save my data but needed a new computer. New computer came with Windows 8.1 and data retrieved was almost nothing or at least I could not find it. Four trips to visit Geek Squad did not help. Returned the computer and bought a different computer from a computer tech person. Somehow he was able to recover ALL of my data from the old hard drive. Very disappointed in advice and guidance from Geek Squad and Best Buy.
