Great computer for all needs!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer does everything and it’s affordable! I can do my assignments for classes easier. It has a voice active system similar to Alexa that you tell to do certain tasks or set reminders. The perfect tablet and computer for all needs! Highly recommended for the price because it’s worth it!

Like the computer; would have liked a print manual
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The computer is light, compact and works well for what I have been able to use it for. The sound by Bang & Olufsen is excellent overall, allowing for the space-limited dearth of bass. The printed material accompanying it is extremely minimal. "How-to" appears to be available via an extensive treasure hunt of clicking upon non-self-explanatory icons and reading a succession of different expositions on the screen. I would prefer a printed manual with everything in one place.

Great for On-The-Go and Non-Frequent users
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this laptop for his portable size. I like to be able to take it basically anywhere without having it take up so much space. It runs fantastic and can be very versatile with the ability to use touchscreen and switch to tablet mode. I am thinking I will move to a larger size in the future as I may need to use a laptop more frequently, but so far this is the perfect laptop for me mostly because I don’t need to use it often.

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently purchased this laptop and I love it. It's so lightweight and fits in purses bags backpacks etc. It never takes up room and it's easy to maneuver. I love using it as a huge tablet and the 360 feature is really cool especially when you don't need the keyboard. I recommend this for people who like laptops but aren't on themo all day everyday.

Not bad but I have some issues with it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my 4 year old Dell netbook of the same size. Pros: Lighter weight and perfect size I wanted. Easy to setup. Looks good. Usual fight with Windows to get Chrome downloaded but that isn't the fault of HP. I can get everything done I need to. Not too different from the Dell I am used to, Cons: No insert key (I am used to shift+insert to paste so it's an adjustment) I use a wireless mouse because I hate touch pads but the cursor tends to float. I have to adjust very carefully to click on small targets. Some trouble with the orange screen forcing me to do a hard reboot. Shouldn't have any driver issues when it's a brand new laptop. After several Windows updates seems like that had fixed itself. We'll see. Lastly I dislike this HP Jump Start thing which keeps trying to load. All in all, I am okay with the purchase.

Adolescent approved!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my children and months later, it's still in new condition! (Whew) Touch screen is programmed perfectly; not too sensitive and never not sensitive enough. We were able to download additional apps, sound is more than acceptable and storage is great! Very lightweight and and easy to stowaway. This is a smaller laptop, so if you're more progressive with larger keys, I'd purchase an additional keyboard.

Small but gets the job done
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this to carry around college campus (not anymore thought thanks to Covid...) and it's all I need. + like a chromebook but more features + light and portable - limited RAM (4GB) = slow app startup and heats up if you have a lot open, but good for school work (write, email, submit assignments etc.) When in Zoom: try not to open other apps or it'll be too much for the little guy and decrease call quality.

Purchased for school.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a really nice screen, purchased for school because I needed something lighter and I love touch screens on laptops. I purchased a stylus so for one of my classes, I download PDFS of powerpoints and click the edit option, and write away plenty of notes. Also love that you can lay this flat on its back and use it like a tablet. Highly recommend if you need something on the smaller side to get the job done!

Great laptop for pastor duties
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for preparing and presenting sermons because of its size. It is perfect except for the windows 10s. The “s” does not allow some of the apps I would commonly use because the are not “approved as safe” such as zoom which is almost a necessity in the pandemic when you are also taking pastoral classes. The laptop itself is great though. Will just be more careful next time when accepting what windows is in it.
