    I have been long time HP girl, but I am seriously disappointed. It's a flimsy design. The flex is so bad that I can't rest my wrists even slightly on it while typing or my text will jump to a random spot. I have a cracked screen from carrying it in a padded laptop case inside a back pack. Had to deactivate the touchscreen or it would be useless. Called HP and put in support ticket and was denied it being covered by warranty for repair (I've had it a whopping 4 months tops) The screen repair would cost me more than what I paid for the pc! I was told my customer service that they suggest buying the extended warranty at purchase. A lot of good that does me now. On top of all it is now getting laggy, no matter what I do I can't remedy this.
