    I got this computer for my child since the schools are shut down. It was "glitchy" and kept freezing up when I tried to install the software that came with the purchase. When my daughter took it to her friend's house to do school work, it had a black screen. Due to Covid 19, I wasn't able to take it to Best Buy to have the Geeks take a look. I looked online for remedies and tried them all without success. I packaged it up and returned it as defective.
