The mouse pad is backwards, but everything else is good,

This computer is cool if you're only using it to watch movies or check lite emails. Very light but can get a little too over-heated when using it after three hours. Returned this computer before the 15 days were up to prevent any potential fire. Thanks

compact and lightweight but I'm on with HP support to get it working and thank goodness for the year warranty because next week it would be too late. Get the instore warranty

Works more like a tablet. It serves it's purpose but I do wish I went with another laptop.

I was loving this laptop until the webcam stopped working after an update. I’ve only owned this laptop for 3 months and didn’t even use it all all for a month plus because i bought it for my daughter for remote learning.

I had my computer for 12 months when it started making a crackling sound in the fan. Took my computer to get it fix to avoid this from happening again. I've seen reviews where people have complain about the same issue.

Bought it for travel so we didn’t need to lug 17” laptop around. Hard to evaluate speed with lousy hotel internet! Screen resolution very good. More than adequate for our purposes.

Everything functionally and aesthetically is great but the battery life is THE WORST I've ever experienced from any device, even phones. I'm lucky if I can surf the web for 5 hours before a complete recharge is needed.

Product was good and service after the sale was good. The sales person tried to sell me window for the computer that I bought and it already had windows on it... didn't understand that.

I’m finally writing a review. I will be honest here this laptop is horrible. Originally we purchased a different brand and had to return them Best Buy could not exchange them like I was told they could. Instead I was substituted with 3 of these laptops at $100 more each only for them to be incredibly crappy laptops. I had no choice in the matter but to accept this laptop as Covid had happened and we had to have individual laptops for my children to continue their schooling. Not only were these smaller than the previous laptops they cost more therefore I could not afford to purchase the insurance with the additional nearly $300 extra I had to pay to replace the returned laptops. The touch screen is crap. One laptops keyboard stopped working a month after purchase. And so I’m out a lap top. The mouse pads are terribly sensitive yet not sensitive. It’s a disaster to work on in all honesty. My children’s school work, intervention/therapies are all online and we are still trying to navigate and make the remaining two laptops work out. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. Not only did I purchase a different laptop initially, Best Buy couldn’t replace the defective ones, didn’t price match these new sets to at least make up for this, and these laptops are utter garbage.

I believe I paid $400 + tax for this laptop for my wife. For the price, I'm kind of regretting not going with a Chromebook. She would have got more use from it.

Cannot use half of the programs you need it’s always updating and we cannot use zoom on it all all no matter what we tried. Slows down randomly not a fan disappointed ting

Screen resolution is a lot darker than what I am used to. Among other things that I could pick apart, the deal breaker for me was how dark everything appears on the display.

i give it 3 stars not because it's a bad computer but because it's too small for me. other than the above reason, the laptop works pretty well. i like the added security features.

Bought this Laptop a month ago for my daughter google classroom. The first week already, she was complaining about the sound (voice was breaking up or she could not heard the speaker. And a few weeks later, the laptop was not charging. I took it back to Best-buy to return it, but they told me that without a coverage or warranty, the return policy stand for only 2 weeks. Now I am stock with almost a $400 Laptop that doesn't work. Advice from anybody?

As always Microsoft is not the most user friendly system there is. Gives me a headache setting it up and navigating through different specs and apps.

As expected with 4GB Ram and a 1.1 gigahertz processor the computer is slow, more than one application open at a time will trouble. Not meant for multitasking, so if school requires that then look somewhere else. Did not come with a pen, pictures are misleading. When folding into tablet mode it was stiff and creaky. Not worth your money.
