Comes in S mode and in order to download the free Webroot virus protection you must remove S mode. That was easy. Try to play any facebook games and you'll be waiting a long time for them to load. Everything was slow to load including other sites. It also kept "removing" my google account. I have never been so disappointed with an HP product. I am returning it to the store.

Works fine for most tasks, I am however disappointed that after a year a few of the key on my keyboard have stopped working.

Initially thought it was a good deal and work well with portability since its very small. Once I started going through the set up process I notice some lag when trying to open different apps. When I tried to install Chrome thats when I realized the true limitations of this device. The installation was blocked because the laptop was on s mode and only Microsoft approved apps were allowed in this mode. I could get our of s mode to install chrome but could not get back into s mode which also made the laptop work faster and more efficiently. I did end up installing chrome and then the laptop's performance suffered greatly. It often became unresponsive and it was just something I wasn't willing to put up with right out of the box. If you're just going to use Microsoft edge and Microsoft approved apps this might work for you otherwise don't buy it.

Nice little laptop. I found it to be too slow for my liking and returned it. Other than that, it was ok for anyone who wants a basic computer.

Haven’t used it since that first week. Wished I hadn’t bought it and bought the smaller unit that has more games. Money not well spent

The on and off button is not working properly. Have to push it a couple times to turn on. Not satisfied.

Its ok. The only problem I had. It doesn't come with DVD driver. And it didn't connect to my wifi. But other than that. It worked well

I can not give a full review for the purpose that it was very misleading when I purchased the unit and found out that I could not use it the way I intended to unless I was to buy a Windows 10 package for another $139. When I ready the description for this product it said that it came with Windows 10S. I did not realize that Windows 10S was only a start up package for Windows 10. Until after I spent many hours on the phone with Best Buys Geek Squad and got passed by them from one person to another cuz they could not figure it out. It took me to talk to another IT person to tell me that Windows 10S was only a start up package. So I returned the unit to the store because I found something else some place else compatible to the Best Buy price and it already had the full version of Windows 10 installed on it.

Good laptop but too small, but the quality is good for being foldable and touch and a good processor.

Not my favorite. I got this fir my son and I had no products my whole life so this is not what I was specifically wanted

Microsoft / windows/ software so no Gud apps like google. I always had google so I have to learn windows by the way not much free

If you use it for school or work it’s a supercomputer but for anything else it’s not the best.

Just smaller than I expected . Works great but small like a tablet. I think my daughter would prefer a larger one for college

I bought this for my daughter to do her school work and we cannot use it. I wish this have been would mention somewhere....

this is only really worth a couple month usage. i don’t recommend for long time purposes a couple month at max

Bought this as the only in stock available lower tier laptop. Has performed fine.

Was not expecting when I bought it that it was smaller then I thought. For gaming I thought the screen would be bigger.

To heavy -,not that user friendly - overpriced! Expected more than what it seems to deliver but still on a learning curve.
