SLOW

It is so slow. Its because its RAM is 4 GB. I could barely just have Netflix up without it lagging so much. IF your doing like one thing and not much its a fine laptop.

Where’s my stuff???

Not the case, no charging cable, documents look like they were chewed by a dog and the security software offered was not included. Who inspected this order? Now have to drive back and work this all out with store manager... What a waste of my time and what joke!!!

Starter computer device for sure

You just have to be in the look out on it with higher ram and better graphics and feel. Was disappointed when the computer was not as quick as I thought. It was choppy and slow. I am trying to get rid of it actually

Less than a year old and completely useless.

Keyboard completely gave out and does not work. Geaksquad says it's not worth sending in to fix. Very upset - waste of money. Not even a full year of use and now have to buy a new laptop again.
