Lots of Issues

HP support has me uninstall and reinstall devices which fixes momentarily, but then the issues occur again. It started with the touchpad going dead anytime you push down on it to click. Now the microphone randomly dies. All drivers are up to date. I bought this laptop for my daughter to use for online classes. Its been nothing but a frustrating exercise in futility. It has been more of a hinderance to her learning experience than a help at this point.

Worst Computer I've Ever Had

It's great if you want a small, easy to carry in a bag or backpack-type laptop, but it is slower than molasses. I would rather have my 1990 desktop dial up than this computer. It takes forever just for a website to load. It is recommended you don't change browsers. I was going to change anyway to Chrome but it wouldn't let me. I'm returning it tomorrow.
