At first it was a cool purchase. did what I needed? Was touch screen? Converts to a tablet? all great! But then a couple of months ago the screen starts glitching out when I try to watch things on chrome. The headphone jack is picky of when it wants to work. And some apps that I use to communicate (discord, zoom, etc.) cannot get a good microphone. both the computer's microphone and trying to plug one in won't work. I bought this to edit videos, but the ram is not what it says it is and basically any program that I try to use anymore maxes out both the CPU and the ram, so is basically unusable. This was the first and last HP I shall purchase.

I was totally disappointed about this laptop. I buyed for my student daughter . After 1 year and 1 month ( just 1 month after the 1 year warranty) the laptop stop working. It is not repairable because looks like the "motherboard " is " dead". I tried several times to call the HP customer service ,but only robots...nobody to talk about the problem...no customer service email...online assistance the same..only robots. Very disappointed.

I got the laptop for my kid and seems to like it a lot

The battery has issues as does the display. I had to take it back and they sent it to geek squad. Hopefully they fix it. But it was brand new, other places most likely would have just replaced the device on the spot since it was just purchased but now I have to wait. It is very frustrating because I need this laptop for school.

These laptops, every single one of the HP Pavilion 2-in-1 laptops, are garbage. Wifi adapter never works. Literally, connecting to the internet is a 1 hour activity every single time. Do better Hp and Best Buy. Stop selling garbage BS products. I shouldn’t need to work hard to get on the internet on a simple laptop. Also, your stores suck. Every time you go in to buy a laptop, you’re met by some kid trying to explain why a chrome book is better. Um, spoiler alert, for the average parent, just grabbing a laptop for their kid to do virtual school, every single last one of the in-store and online options are absolute garbage.

I just bought this laptop for school had it less then a month and the p c has crashed over 5 times smh one time right in the middle of a exam other than that I really like the look and battery life is good

This computer operates very slowly no matter what wifi connection you are hooked into. Also the click pad is not very responsive and will get stuck on highlighting pages. I would not recommend.

the screen breaks spontaneously, check the Hp forums and you will read many complaints, plus bestbuy doesnt care about the problems of this computer, stay away while you can

Crashed after about 9 months. Had to get a new one, and they didn't have these in stock.

I didn’t even have it for a month before it needed new hard drive so I had to send it to HP to get it fixed. Luckily school hasn’t started yet....

Had to return due to technical issues shortly after purchase. love the one bought for my son I figured why not one for me however no luck would like to try again after more instock

It’s suoer slow and not worth the money. You can start a car that is stalled and out of gas quicker than this computer on start up And downloads. Save up Your money for something better! Stay away!!!!

At first it was great, now it is very slow, and shuts down randomly. I’ve only owned this for 7 months. Would not recommend.

Horrible laptop screen is so dim very slow due to the four gig of memory cannot watch movies or anything with it if you open more than one tab in Chrome or any browser computer freezes

I bought it driver 59 miles for it attempted to return after I picked it up, I couldn’t because the system wouldn’t allow. So I got stuck with it!! It crashes, doesn’t respond to my touch. Not very happy I have the 15 inch but it’s not available for a while and my children needed it for online learning.

When it’s running fine, I like it. Have issues with audio that are disappointing and don’t find the interface intuitive. I would return this machine if I could.

One of the worst purchases i ever made,The laptop started giving green horizontal lines after using for 6 months itself, I shipped the product to HP since it is under warranty,Iam getting a response as due to shortage of parts the laptop cannot be repaired and ETA is being given as after 3 months for repairing the laptop. I have called customer care multiple times without any help,Iam seriously wondering if i puchased this laptop to be kept at HP service centers.

Had to return this - online it's looks bigger + I had my 25 yr old son pick it out - the screen is SO SMALL, even he had problem. I think this is a useless size.

Too small, had to return it. I was expecting the same Chromebook that I bought for the same price in March but this was a much smaller book.

Very easy to use. Love that I can also bend all the way back the screen and use it like a tablet. Reasonable price.
