I had to return it - I ended up getting a SMALLER screen/open box/more expensive option - I am normally very happy with HP - but let me POLICE MYSELF - SMode should be an option.

Wouldn't turn on.

Two days later after being on the charger it wouldn't turn on. I trued different outlets but that didn't work either. HP support was excellent. I sent it back to have it assessed and repaired. I will be waiting for the return.

HP Pavilion x360- NOT SO GOOD!

It was purchased for school and after three months, it froze during Zoom or multi-tasking functions. It was very frustrating not being able to use this product for what it was intended. Finally was able to send it to HP to get it serviced. So far. So bad, but I hope things get better when I receive it.
