Have Word/PP/Outlook/Excel.....plus a touch screen, Surface/Android pen functionality, 2 USB ports, mini SD slot plus room for more ports using an adapter, a keyboard I have no issues with....all for $279. It's great for what I need it for. What do I need it for? web surfing, email, Office 360 stuff, you tube.....for my purposes this is the perfect machine. If I need something with more power I will just break out my laptop from work.....but I do not see needing to do that at all. Small, light, portable and good looking. Seems to be built well. Had to turn in a Surface I was using. I think it was the Surface 2. Guess what, I do not miss the Surface. For me, this is a great sub. In fact, I like this better because I can use it on my lap, unlike the Surface. Yea, I agree with all the other good reviews. Well worth the money and a great little machine for ordinary usage.

I have to reboot it and completely whipe everything just for it to be able to connect. Now I am having issues with the speaker and I have only had this laptop for 3 months and I am having so many problems. Not worth it.

It shows a screen shows blue , it says the device needs restart then a black screen comes on saying auto repair and it’s stuck on that since . The return policy is 15 days and now I know why . Shame on you Best Buy !

Good for an 6 or 7 year old. I'm certain an 8yr old (now a days) would become very frustrated with it. I do not recommend this model for anyone past elementary school.
