Its was a great computer. Especially for the open box price. Unfortunately i hadnt had it for a whole 48hrs before my son stepped on it and broke the screen. Luckily i bought i protection plan so they sent it off to be fixed and the computer i got back was not the same one i sent off. But as long as u dont crack ur screen and send it off you shouldnt have any problems

Works great, battery holds up well. Touch is sensitive using a stylus works best

Good little laptop just wish it had more storage and was a little faster! Other than that it’s been holding up well!

Overall this is a really solid Laptop. Ive been using this for school for the last 3 years and i havent had a single issue with it. Its not a high end computer that can run games on it so i wouldnt reccomend it for that but if you are using it for work then it is perfect. its not too expensive and its super solid. overall if your not trying to spend too much then this latptop is perfect.

I bought this computer when I started my college journey in 2020, I will be graduating in the spring of next year (2024) as a online college student this computer has gotten me through the best and worst times of my life. If you are using this laptop primarily for school I would 110% recommend this laptop, for the price you can’t beat it. If I could use this laptop religiously for four years so can you!!!

Computer is great. Small in size to carry any where. Great screen.

Been using it for a few hours awesome little laptop. Runs quick just need to get out of s mode which is free and do all the updates about an hour and boom works awesome. Love the size and speed. Only use this for basic work no games. If your looking to play games definitely look for a better performance laptop. Very happy with the price and best big made it easy to just drove up and pick it up.

I have used this daily for nearly four years and can say this has been one of the "best buys" I have made! While it may not be ideal for advanced gaming, for school, work, and all around computing, or general needs, it has been great without issues and fit perfectly for my needs. Thank you, Best Buy.

I've had it for 4 years now and still no complaints whatsoever. This laptop has been with me throughout the pandemic during my last year of high school. It works with no problem.

I bought this almost a year ago for travel, and it is the first laptop that I have really loved. I teach at a university, and I never used to take my laptop with me to classes because it was just too bulky, but I took this one to every class while we were meeting in-person, and now I use it for all my Zoom meetings at home. It was really a game changer for me. I'm sure it's not powerful enough for some applications, but I usually have Word and Excel running along with 5 or 10 open internet pages, and I've never had a problem.

Love this laptop it fits my everyday day needs and very handy when working on field tasks.
