Decent computer, a little bit slower processing speed than other models. Overall good for the price

We hardly ever used our last laptop but since we're having to home school due to covid-19 it completely gave out on us. I knew I wanted my next laptop to be affordable and just do the basic things I needed it to do so my daughter can do her kindergarten homework on it. When I ordered this laptop it was ready within 30 mins for me to curbside pick up which was awesome. Got home and it was super easy to set up and was actually a very nice laptop for the price. We have been using it for about a month now and we love it and would highly recommend this to our family and friends.

My large Android Tablet finally became unusable. No longer supported with updates etc. The black Friday pricing brought this into consideration. I doubt if you can use this for A level gaming.. But for office ..email. You tube.. video streaming..normal stuff this product is great. Tablet mode is good enough. Android tablets are easier to use but the ease of use distance has closed. This was far cheaper than the equivalent Surface or other tablet mode windows based products; with Black Friday pricing. In tablet mode you will need to sit it on your lap or a table. Just a little to heavy to hold in your hands only for a long time. Also keep windows in S mode. This will keep the amazing start up speed for the life of the product. For Basic Duty travel ..light weight size computing needs this device at Black Friday prices is hard to beat

Great laptop, only downfall is storage is a little low. I do have a problem with it where if i have my laptop charged fully and turned off later when i come to use it the battery would be low even though I charged it fully. The first time it happened to me I thought it was me who forgot but there's been multiple occasions where the same thing happened again. Not sure why.

Because of the touch screen, 128 gigabytes of storage, and a touchpad!!

It has everything but broken within the 3rd month of owning it. However it is functional I’m waiting to get a replacement
