This was purchased as a gift for someone I know. They had been using a tablet while watching TV then had to switch to a computer in another part of the house when accessing programs not available on the tablet. This has worked out very well because of the small size, lite weight and convenience of one place to go. This PC is everything it was advertised to be. Setup was straight forward.

This laptop has really come in handing for teaching my teaching students from home. The touch screen allows me to model the math strategies i would be doing in school. The only issue I’m having is with the mouse pad. It gets stuck for minutes at a time and i have to just wait it out, which is very very frustrating when teaching ELA.

Purchased this computer for my middle school granddaughter to do her research and papers. This meets those requirements great and with the added bonus of touch screen and tablet mode it made the transition from smart phone to computer work seamless. She not only I Uses it for her school work but also can place it on the piano to display her sheet music electronically while she is learning to play.

Great size and just perfect and it starts up very fast. Love the touch screen also.

very slick I bought this for my wife. She was looking for something she could easily fit in her ladies bag and is also powerful. She loves it. i would have loved for it to have a least 8 GB of RAM. But it was good for the price. The processor is not too powerful but if you are looking for a machine for normal everyday use then I think it will get the job done.

I had to replace my old Lenovo laptop while trying to work remotely but couldn’t afford to spend too much. This HP Pavilion fit the bill! It was a manageable price (especially with Best Buy’s interest free financing), has a fast processor and is easy to use. I really like it! And kudos to Best Buy for making it easy to order online and pick up at the curb the same day!

This was a gift to my husband. His was broken at Disney by a bus driver when she walked in front of his wheelchair. I immediately went to Best Buy and bought another one. It is very reliable and great to use no matter where you are. It is light weight and definitely stands up to the Hewlett Packard name and brand. I highly recommend it for every day use and business use.

My grandson purchased this (11) to view videos and run a few games (Minecraft, Fortnight, and Roblox) and has had no issues with lag or function. Price point was good and its fast enough that when he's not with me I use it to surf and shop myself. Love the touch screen. Plan to buy another for me when he's here for the summer.

I have owned Dell, Toshiba and other HPs, (both laptops and desk tops) but this is the best one yet. It's small enough (which is what I wanted) with a screen that is large enough to handle my needs, and powerful enough to allow me to use it as I want. I use it primarily for e-mail, searching the web, zoom, and misc. communications.

This laptop has been great so far. I bought it to replace my 15" Lenovo which screamed horribly as the fan was always running. I don't have that problem with this laptop. I love the tablet mode and flipping the keyboard backward so I can have a little "stand" to watch tv (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) The touch screen isn't a bad feature either.

My first time having a laptop. I use this for work and school only. The touch screen comes in handy. Be careful to not hit it anywhere because it could give you problems. Out of no where the laptop shut down on me for no reason during zoom meeting. It has full battery and I never knew why it did that. The bottom of the laptop gets hot though so I am assuming it does that to every laptop?
