Bought this for my 8 year old daughter as a Christmas present and was apprehensive I won’t lie. Was worried she wouldn’t take proper care or with one false move the digitizer Touch screen would crack, she’s a kid, stranger things have happened. It has held up well and come in handy in recent days now that all school work and communication is now online! :)

I bought this to replace my old 2013 laptop. I use my android phone for all my computer needs, ie; check my email, pay my bills and check my banking account daily. I have synced my phone to this computer and am able to use this computer like it is my phone. This computer is compact and easy to use, but it gets very warm at times and is heavier than I would like it to be.

Good laptop I like how it’s touch screen, but my mouse pad gets stuck all the time last time I took it to bestbuy to get fixed it took a few weeks till I got it back and just a few hours later the mouse pad was stuck again. I needed the laptop for school so I wasn’t able to take it to get fixed again.

It is a very good 2 and 1 PC / Tablet. is light weight. has decent battery life. i generally use it at home as a PC and out in the field for taking notes as a tablet. the only only annoying thing is that that it takes 15 to 20 seconds to reestablish the internet connection after being in an idle state for a period of time.

It’s light and convenient to carry around. It runs fast.

Recently, I registered my new touch screen. I wanted to get an HP many years ago, but settled on a less expensive Dell from the open box selection. I was pleasantly surprised to find out all that the Dell was set up for, and am looking forward to an HP that will expand my potential beyond my expectations. Academics, occupations, and income are my main goals: If HP can't help me excel in these areas, I don't see the point. My goals: working knowledge of sciences, computer tech, math, physics, chemistry, anatomy, physiology, music, writing, nutrition, physical therapy, fitness. Current interests: Study of electronics, telecommunication, streaming video and audio; follow sports, publishing, creative writing; use of facebook, and games, tennis, crossfit, wrestling, poetry, essays, movies, script writing, editing, movie reviews, image databases. So far, Pavilion has shown me that it's weight and size (portability) might be exactly what I need compared to the Dell. I was pleased with the touch screen and keyboarding features. I'm still transitioning to my new HP, and have been happy with it's performance.

Great above-starter computer for daughter starting college without breaking the bank.

This laptop converts to a tablet and is quick, lightweight and very speedy. It could use a bigger memory but an external hard drive solves all the problems. I highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop was purchased for traveling and it suits that purpose well. We did not need much more than office as far as apps go, and didn't need a huge hard drive.we needed to move files between cameras and phones and do some facebooking when a network was available.this machine does that all well and can still run documents and spread sheets when offline

This is the best laptop I have ever used. Its a great size not to big not to small. Holds a good charge, I believe the longest I have went without charging is 2 days. I use it for my classes and be able to switch to tablet mode is amazing! Great purchase and the price was great! I Higley recommend this purchase.

bought this to replace an OLD hp laptop that crapped out on me. i thoroughly enjoy the touch screen. i use this almost exclusively over a mouse. there are, however, some simple functions that require a mouse. i only use this for basic use(i.e. email, microsoft office, online browsing, etc.). i have had it for a month now and have not had any issues.

I recommend HP's to everyone. I had my own HP for over 2 years now with no complaints. So when my little brother was preparing for his computer I knew where to go and what to buy. The set up was simple and he loves the compact size, it's lightweight and easy to carry around too. And is pretty durable.

It's hard to find a decent priced 2-in-1 that isn't designed for students. However, I DID IT! This is it! HP has never failed me. I went back & forth between four or five stars, because there's no backlight on the keyboard (keys aren't illuminated/bordered by light)...but it's a small price to pay, so...5 stars from me!
