I needed a computer that had windows, a touch screen, a good price tag, and was faster than most of the cheap tablets I’m seeing everywhere. This definitely fit the bill. I actually bought one a couple of months ago for my son, and liked it so much I bought one to replace my work laptop, too.

This laptop is not compatible with most high graphic games but you can still play some casual games through the Microsoft Store. You also can't use it for high graphic editing software like photoshop. But I love that it's a 2-in-1. I mainly use it for office 365. The touch screen makes drawing easy too.

Laptop was in stock, delivered within an appropriate timeframe. Easy to set up, light weight and navigation takes no time to learn. I always purchase electronics at BB and always will! Definitely will recommend this store to family and friends.

I recently purchased this lap top for my online college courses and it’s PERFECT! I was recommended from a few peers to not get this lap top because the processing might be too slow but this lap top is perfect for me and works really well! It’s a great price too!!!

We bought this computer for my wife for mother's day. She really likes it. We liked it enough we bought another one for my mom to replace her failing laptop. Neither woman is a computer whiz, so this compact laptop that is a 2 in 1 was perfect for both.

So easy to use along with the touch screen. The only set back for me personally is I am Apple oriented and this is not. My granddaughter loves it and she is 7 I got it for her and it will be handy for school

I can't do away with HP and love everything about their products. I bought this laptop for my daughter for school and she loves it. I do like the functionality and everything about it and was happy that I made the decision to purchase it for her. The only problem that I have is the sound that goes off and on. You have to either restart or reboot it before the sound comes on and that's one big thing that HP needs to address. I have the Envy x 360 and it's also the same with the sound, it doesn't happen every day but once in a while. Everything else is great and it faster when searching the website or doing assignments. For memory-wise and GB, the price tag is just too much.

It is small but i like that very easy to transport and it works well for me A lot of features more than i have figured out how to use this is the second lap top I have purchased for best buy and also a printer they all work well pleased with their products.

We got this because my wife and kids were being sent home for the virus scare, and my son needed a computer to do his work on. I've not really tested its limits, but it's great at what it does and is small enough to be easily portable. I'm thinking this would be a great computer for a college kid.

Fun and solid little laptop that also has a touch screen for turning it into a tablet. This was a purchase for my kids school from home. They have not had any issues. Bonus, the keys are slightly bigger than a normal laptop, which works out better for smaller kids.

This computer has everything a young person would need , my daughter loves it it will meet her needs in every aspect of her life at this point and time, great for her highscool work to her college courses, she absolutely loves the touch screen aspect of it as well. Thankyou.

This laptop is excellent for my younger sister who is doing virtual school at the moment the battery is pretty OK for the most part she’s able to do her work fast and efficient it doesn’t crash and the best part of all is it’s touchscreen. She loves it.

Love this little laptop. It easily handles everything I need to store for work and quickly loads multiple web pages. Nice and compact for easy travel as well and tons of other features I have not had time to explore!

So far I have had this laptop for a year and a half and it's still in great condition! Spent total of $320.99 and it was definitely worth it. In a few years when this laptop dies if it does then I'm going to order my next one from best buy.

Bought this computer for my wife. She was in need of a new computer. This computer has all the nice features as a standard laptop in a great compact size. She loves it so must she told her boss at work. And her boss bought the same one days later.

Got this for a travel computer and it fits the bill. Super lightweight, can use as a large tablet and has nice storage for it's size. Very versatile! Can't wait for another great sale to get a second one for my wife. She keeps threatening to take mine!

I really needed a small laptop for school and one that allowed active stylus use and this is awesome for that! I bought the open box-excellent option.The large storage is a huge plus as well. Don't listen to hp representatives that you have to call and just listen to the ones in the comments. I was told by 2 hp reps that active stylus doesn't work for this laptop and ended up returning it and wasting time. I saw the comments from hp reps and others that it does work so I bought it again and I'm glad I did. I love the laptop, its funny people think I'm using an iPad!

Bought this for our 11 and 9 year olds. Great computer for these age groups. They have internet access for home school, can store their work on individual machines, and still watch Netflix and other streaming platforms. Good price as well!

Laptop very good- touch screen, convert to tablet, portable. Windows 10 difficult. S mode restrictions- for example- tried to download Firefox- could not, and warned me that if I chose to leave S mode, could not return. Spending too much time to research. Also, screen format has changed a few times without my changing anything. don't know why and having trouble getting it back to what I want. Laptop OK, Windows 10 more work than I wanted to spend.

Perfect little toy. Has all the technology I need, comfy on my lap & fits right in my purse. Love the keyboard w/ large easy to read letters & caps lock light. Hard to find a small windows laptop at this price. If you can find it in stock, buy it!
