Great laptop for students, amazing quality much better than the school provided chrome book. Love the touch screen feature, can’t say enough good things about this laptop and my 5 year old was able to use this so easily.

Wasn't happy that it came with Windows 10S, but it was fairly simple to switch to regular Windows 10. Love the compact size! Perfect for throwing in my workbag and taking it places. Battery life seems to be good too. Wish it was a backlit keyboard.

I'm really happy with the overall look and feel of this little laptop that replaced a very old and slow one. I'm still on the fence as to whether to stick with the installed Microsoft Edge or install Google Chrome. It's been a fair amount of work to set up my favorites tabs and all of their passwords since I didn't switch to Chrome and have everything just transfer over (I assume that would happen??). Anyway, brief research points to the speed and security of Edge over the familiarity of Chrome, so that's what I'm doing for now. The only thing I wish this laptop had was a light up keyboard. Since I use it in the dark evenings, that would be a good feature to have.

This laptop is great for it hose who are constantly on the move, and good for those who don’t want anything too big, it’s the perfect size. But for those who like downloading a lot of apps, shouldn’t get this because of Microsoft App Store has very basic apps.

I’ve had it for a few years now and I can say it’s had a lot of slow moments. I would really only recommend for school work or random browsing.

Excellent value for the money. I am not a fan of being hijacked to the msn products on a regular basis. Would get one with a backlit keyboard next time. Portability is better than an iPad. This computer is an absolute category killer!

I got this laptop for my first year of college. Yes it’s not the best best but it is a GOOD laptop! The price was great and everything works well on it. Battery lasts on it (from how much I’ve used it and not charged it )

Bought this to replace my other laptop that was 8 years old. I like that it’s smaller and touch screen. I still at a computer all day at work so this is perfect for home as I don’t need anything big or expensive.

Great little computer. Bought one for myself for personal use. We were looking at a very expensive one for my son for college but after he used my computer he decided to go along with the less expensive unit. He loves it and is working great

Great product at a very reasonable price. Bought this for my high schooler and they love it. Small, portable, fits in a backpack, powerful enough for all their assignments, and easy to use. Great investment.

We purchased this computer for my son so he could have his own computer for online learning/school. It's just the right size for his desk. The size is great for travel. The laptop to tablet feature is fun for kids and teens!

Great laptop. Had to exchange because my 1st 1 had a glitch. No problems with the second one!! Really great touchscreen and the kids love how it flips into a tablet!! Great customer service at the Cumberland Atlanta location!!

Purchased this laptop/tablet option at a Thanksgiving sale. Couldn’t get better at that price range. It’s not the fastest, but should suffice for home use. Like the flexibility of how it converts to a notebook easily.

after one month of use I can say unequivocally that this is a wonderful laptop for the money and a very good laptop regardless of the money. I use mostly office and word processing and surfing the web and it is plenty powerful for those purposes. The battery life is outstanding. It lasted for a 12-hour plane flight without any trouble at all, including at least six or seven hours of watching video. if you catch it on sale like I did for less than $300 it is a complete no brainer. I use this laptop extensively with Microsoft OneNote and an HP stylus. The inking is pretty good, not quite up to the standard of $1,000 surface pro but nearly as good.

Great for word processing on the go netflix travel companion. Only has 4gb of memory this is not great but if waiting a bit longer for something is no bother it appears to be a solid laptop with good value.

Purchased at the last minute to work from home during pandemic. Memory and speed work great as I have many windows open at once including connection to a Citrix server , too. Appreciated the no pickup delivery at the store.

I like the lightweight of it. The option to have a tablet is convenient. The only drawback is if you lift it with your hand, touching keys behind. I purchase a pen for tablet. Great touchscreen option as well. Easy to use and battery life is good.

This laptop has been wonderful for my high schooler! she can not only do remote learning like a pro but she can do anything else she wants to on this. Its not too heavy or bulky, can fit anywhere. A great computer!

Pros: I love that I can fold the laptop to turn it into tablet mode and that it's touch screen too. Slick design and affordable. Cons: During the first week, everything was running extremely slow and experienced major voice chat problems that I never experienced on a different laptop, these things eventually fixed after hours of tampering. Sometimes the wifi randomly cuts off from the laptop though while every other device experiences no problems. It's alright but there have been other laptops that I have gotten at around the same price that never experienced these cons, but they also didn't have the pros listed above either.

I bought this for school use only because of the size and weight. Before quarantine, I commuted to campus everyday, which is why I was looking for a small and light laptop. This was the perfect choice for me.
