It is a very good product for those just beginning it is user friendly great for school projects. I will definitely recommend this product to others looking for a great laptop at a comfortable price.

The HP Pavilion is a great laptop for my current circumstances. I need something light weight and easily portable. The Pavilion fits the bill, it can be used as a lap top or note pad. It's 2 items rolled into one.

When I purchased the Hp Laptop and took it home and set it up. When I was registering it in my name I discovered that the warranty had already lapsed on it. I called best buy and they told me to call HP and tell them. I called HP and they did update the warranty and I was able to get full warranty. So just make sure before a purchase that you are getting a warranty with the product. I was ready to carry it back to Best Buy if I didn't get the warranty. So there are things on the shelf that they mark down they may or may not have a warranty. The HP Laptop has served me well so far. HP is not one of my favorites but I can not complain so far.

Bought this laptop for streaming and school. Laptop has performed wonderfully. Laptop is lightweight and very sleek. I would recommend this laptop as an excellent personal computer.

So easy to use I got it for my daughters Homework assignments and it's pretty easy to use and we love the fact that its touch screen so it makes it even easier on my 5yr old daughter!

At 1st I was skeptical because it's small screen. Only a little over 11" but this thing works extremely well!! The SSD is much faster than any HD drive I ever used and the 2 in 1 Option is extremely helpful for my type of work. Battery life is great Screen is super crisp and clear, Design is also a major plus. If I had only one complaint it doesn't have a number keypad on the right of the keyboard. I'll give it a 9.0 out of 10 it's well worth the money!!

I feel like I was treated very fairly with this purchase. It is totally what I wanted/needed plus it is a touch screen that I thought I wouldn't be able to afford. This is a great unit.

Love love love. I was tired of carrying a 15 inch laptop to and from work. I've had the new one for a few days and I love it. Does everything I need, perfect.

If you just want a nice and convenient laptop then this is the one for you. This laptop is great if you just try to do small things and get them out the way, like school or work.

Bought this for my Senior Granddaughter who will be heading to college soon. She said she loves it..so light and being able to use it like an iPad is a plus!

Great computer. Almost smarter than me! Helps with updates and will1 inform you of any harm. The touch Screen tablet mode is also key

So far this has been a great purchase! It was cost effective and works well. The touchscreen and tablet mode are nice features. Battery life has been very reasonable.

I purchased this computer strictly for my daughter to do school work on. So far it’s been very easy to use and she loves that it’s a touchscreen since she is use to tablets. So far so good!

The first laptop we received did not work and had to exchange for another one. The laptop has great features with the touch screen. Smaller monitor but overall meets our needs.

I got it brand new. I love. It looks and feels good! Great features (I was surprised that it also has gyro sensors for virtual reality apps!) I love the ability to convert it to a tablet with a good 11.6" multi-touch display. It also has multi-touch touch pad too, which is convenient. One thing I wish it had though were backlit keyboard so I could type easier when lighting is poor or it's dark. And I wish I spent a little bit more to get the Intel Core i3 model which has 15" display as opposed to the Pentium Silver N5000 that came with my 11.6" model. But regardless of what it lacks, this 11.6" Pentium Silver model hasn't been a deal breaker for me.

The best Light weight compact size laptop for your money. My grandaughter loves it. It's also a touch screen with option to be used as a tablet.
