Brought a Chromebook first but it was not compatible with the CAC reader and didn't come with Microsoft. Had to buy Microsoft 365. Returned the computer 4 days later for this one that comes with Microsoft 365. Best Buy would not let me return the original 365 in bought and downloaded so I wasted 50 dollars. You would think Best But customer service crew would work with a 30 year customer. Wow!

It’s ok

Also like that converted into a tablet. Unfortunately, the touchscreen no longer works. Overall, it ok but I now wish I spent a little more and purchased the Surface.

Nice laptop

I guess I don't really push it to it's limits but works good and has a fast start up which is nice. Sometimes the touch screen doesn't work after bringing the laptop out of sleep mode and I have to do a restart to get it to work again. Not sure what that is all about but other than that the laptop works good and I am happy with the purchase.
