Great for basic tasks

Luckily my local best buy had this one in stock. This computer works pretty good after you take it off s mode. For basic work, word processing, and some media streaming this works great. I wouldn't try to play a game on this, but if you need something for advanced than a Chromebook this will do.

I use it to watch shows, write papers, design lessons, connect using video programs, and edit photos. It does well without lagging in each area. Multiple windows and programs running simultaneously is no problem.

My only issue is the time it is taken to see Geeks to make sure my computer is updated correctly with all protection available and to remove hardware from old computers, but I understand with the COVID19 it has caused this issue.

We decided to try this one because she’s in college and needs a good one. She has had it for a month or so and it is working great and it does everything she needs. Wish it had office word but she gets it free through school

Laptop for virtual learning

We figured he needed a laptop dedicated for his schooling. It is the perfect size for him and has so many features that make it easy for him to follow his class and do his school work. We are very happy with this purchase.
