    This is the perfect device for school and work. The size is nice and convenient. The only problem I have is that it will cut off and go blank so I have to reboot. Maybe I had too many applications going on at once or it got overheated but I managed. Other than this I am in love with my new PC, very easy to maneuver and carry around.

    I'll have to call and get assistance from The Geek Squad to help me completely set up my laptop but overall I love it I have a couple of family members that have purchased the same one and their reviews were awesome as well and give you a 5-star would give you a 10 but we're limited to five

    All of my previous laptops have been full-size, this is my first small machine. So far I'm very pleased EXCEPT there are programs that will not transfer from my old laptop to the new one because they're not Microsoft generated otherwise I would have given this HP a 5 star rating.
