Really like 11.6 size. Windows 10 OS is the best in my opinion. I returned to store in Columbus, Indiana to purchase a hard case for this...was told by associate no such case was available for re-election for this HP.... I told him if I had known that, I would have purchased a tablet that a case was available for.

Staff helped find what we were looking for and gave info on pluses and benefits . Easy purchase with no pressure . This is a nice easy to use computer and sized just right . Not being totally computer knowledgeable , the in store geek squad helped with a small glitch . Thank you guys .

I love this laptop! However I'm having an issue with when I use the mouse pad and I click, it'll get stuck and it's very difficult to unstick at times. It'll start to highlight the whole page or keep clicking on things that i didn't intend to. I just stick to using the touch screen if I need to click on things to avoid that issue.

So far it has met or exceeded expectations. Only issue is that I can't run quicken on it without converting to full Windows 10, and I can't find any data on what performance hit I might take, so haven't taken that step yet.

great for the price the laptop is great for school

I bought this laptop for my great aunt. She loves her apple product but it is old and out of date. This HP gave her the flexibility to use as a tablet or traditional lap top. I also bought 2 of these for my children back when they began virtual school. The HP's have been perfect for them as well.

Surprising responsive, very good screen, easily drives a 32 inch hi res monitor. Probably just okay for games but works great as a business computer for an O365 environment. Would have given it 5 stars but touchpad is a little quirky. I use a mouse.

This has Windows 10s which isn't a big deal for us because I bought this for my son to do school work while the schools are closed. The major downside is that it limits what you can use on the computer to MS applications and what is in the MS app store. So no Chrome, no Amazon Prime video, no Kindle app... Yes, you can take it off but then the system bogs down and you can't readd it. Other than that, it's a decent small laptop. If you just want a small, no frills mini laptop that can double as a tablet, it's fine.

Every software and application I have to use for nursing school is 100% compatible with this laptop. It is the perfect size and does everything it is supposed to do. Fast and reliable. Would recommend especially to those who need their laptops at such a high demand.

I just got this computer and have not used it much yet. However, I am looking forward to using the tablet functionality of it when it is more efficient than using it in laptop mode. Two great usage options. No need to buy a separate tablet. Also a lot of tablets cannot run out of the box desktop applications. This tablet will. Awesome!

Excellent laptop, just had to navigate through the initial set up by figuring out the auto save and how to remove and add features. I only use this laptop for school to log in to class and write papers and it is excellent.

I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP FOR MY DAUGHTER AND SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! SHE IS ABLE TO PLAY MINECRAFT, ROBLOX AND SIMMS ON IT, SHE WATCHES ALOT OF YOUTUBE AS WELL- THIS MET ALL HER NEEDS!

Bought this laptop in college when my previous one broke down. It still works like a charm! The only drawback is that I could never quite get my Bluetooth to work. Love this laptop though

Great laptop for school and design. Speakers aren’t the best and camera quality is sub par but easy to use, fast processing, and able to handle daily use over the past 2 years. Super convenient size and just a solid device overall.
