Great laptop..small and compact..and does the job.

the whole process was great, they copied all data from old laptop hard drive then copied to new laptop and after giving me the old,hard drive they recycled old laptop, also installed webroot and office 365. very happy

I really enjoy all of the different uses I am able to get out of this laptop. I rarely use it in tablet mode because I prefer the physical keyboard, but it is nice to have the option. Purchased for business.

Got this computer due to pandemic and kids needing to do schoolwork has made life a lot easier for my highschooler very satisfied. Shipped fast and they texted me all along the way to let me know when my package will arrive and to make sure I was home good experience will buy again

We bought this primarily for my 7 year old son when they started distance learning in school. It’s lightweight, it’s small and portable that he can take it anywhere. The battery life is great and it is durable as well. Haven’t had any problems since we bought it.

Works good.The speed and camera is okay for beginners.

Bought this laptop for 3 classes i am taking. It has fast start up. Great speed for what im using it for. Video and audio quality are great all around i love it for what i needed it for.

I love it over all for college, I’m taking online classes and regular classes. For ebooks i love how it can turn into a tablet. My online classes I have to have several tabs open, and doesn’t crash on me. I also use my laptop for work on a daily as well, so this is perfect for school and work.

Purchased a total of 3 of these for my school kids. Thus far no issues and we've had our oldest one for over a year now. Device seems to hold up to daily use for school age children between grades 4 and 8. Will see how well 9th grade holds up but I have faith it will work fine.

As the reviews say, this not for high-powered gaming or video editing, but it is a kick to use for most basic things. It feels solid, and web pages load fast. The screen is beautiful, and the whole unit just feels like a little piece of magic in my hands. Solidly built, too.

computer was easy to order on line. Arrived on the day that was stated. Easy to set up and Webroot/Geek Squad was at hand to help get my protection on my new program. Very pleased. 71 years old so was astonished how each step was talked through with me on the computer.

Now I'm sure other people can use this but my grandmother loves it. Fairly easy to set up I kind of made her do it on her own so I wouldn't get calls at 6:00 in the morning to help her with something.After about 25 minutes she was set up and surfing the Internet small and perfect.

I was originally looking for a Laptop that my daughter could play Roblox on the computer runs the game at the perfect amount of speed so there is no delay other than that that’s all I could say on an awesome product

This laptop is fine for basic use. I am retired and this serves the purpose of e-mails, internet search, streaming (if your connection is good) Plan to use an external drive if you plan to store stuff because there is not much space. Versatility of PC / Tablet option is a nice feature.

So far it’s an excellent computer. I’m used to big laptops but this one is so practical. I get to listen to Spotify and the quality of the sound is great. I also use it for online school and it works great. The battery is very long lasting so I love it.

This is a good laptop! It’s small and easy to handle!! I am looking for ward to getting one for my daughter! She will be happy with this laptop!! My daughter was using my new hp 360 laptop and she loved it! I will be getting her this type of model!

for a reasonable expense, this notebook does the primary things you would expect and is working well. Needed for a few work-related applications and office programs. It is not being used for high-intensity or resolution graphics or gaming. We've not had long enough to provide a more in-depth review.

Love this little laptop. I bought it for my son so he would stay off my laptop. Glad I bought for him during Christmas 2019 as a present not knowing I would be home schoolinh three months later.

This laptop replaced an older computer and what a difference it is. It is so much faster, has more features and is very attractive looking. I like the size as it is easy to travel with and yet has all the features of a larger one. Would recommend it to anyone.

Extremely Small. Pretty fast, yet the mouse gets stuck sometimes and the size makes it hard to type sometimes. The touch screen is really good as well as the tablet mode. Biggest issue is the battery life.
