It’s a great product. I love how it’s a 2 in 1 deal. I would definitely recommend this computer/tablet to my friends. It really did everything I needed, and then some for my online training for my new job, so with that being said I’m very pleased!

I ordered this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Thank God I need. She has been using this daily since school has been out. It works fast and well. I have no complaints. I will order me a 14" once the newer model comes out. My daughter is in the 1st grade.

I bought this for school. I love that it turns into a tablet! It’s super light & super cute! It works very well when I have multiple tabs and windows open. I also love Cortana & it has an excellent battery life!

It's not the fastest or the most flashiest in the store but it's very useful and it's good for school work which is why we bought it. My son took an extended vacation with a family member and needed this to continue his high school. It worked out pretty well

Needed a laptop for light use and for work purposes. This laptop can’t be beaten for the price. So far it has functioned well and the tablet option is a must have. Don’t look any further if your looking for a small, compact, budget friendly laptop.

The computer is amazing. I absolutely love it. Was a great buy but I paid for next day shipping and it came in two days. I tried to contact someone about it but I keep getting transferred and asked the same question over and over. So overall I won’t be ordering anymore form Best Buy.

This laptop shares the same model # as its predecessor despite significant design changes to the body. The old one had issues with the lower back of the keyboard. This one is slightly thicker and some of the connections have been moved. It works fine.

I bought this laptop back in 2020 still working amazingly fast I was also able to get windows 11 on here didn’t take much space to install very happy with my purchase

I bought this touch screen laptop to replace my 10 year old hp. Found the touch screen to be very responsive and clear.The 128 gb sad drive to be fast as well. Having a 360 degree folding screen was a plus.Build quality was good for a laptop in this price range.

I saw a similar item for 200 dollars less and a bigger screen. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a lit background keyboard! It doesn’t have a lot of memory! A regular size sd card doesn’t fit in the slot! I got it for travel so it is light!

I purchased this laptop for my 3rd grader to use for virtual learning. It’s the perfect size with enough storage for her to save documents and play a few games on. I even purchased a stylus separately for her to use for art class to draw on.

This is a great laptop for basic usage. This laptop uses Windows 10-s. The only programs you can load are from the app store. You can disable the s-mode, but you can't go back. This feature helps the laptop run smoother with less resources...

Great value for the money! Purchased as a first laptop for my granddaughter... little did we know she would end up using it for homework, leisure time, gaming and keeping in touch with friends.

Impressed right out of the box. Fast startup thanks to the SSD. Would like to have 8gb of memory (or more), and I believe I can upgrade it myself. The 2 in 1 design is great, but I am concerned that this might be a weakness. Time will tell.

My daughter needed a computer while in school. The one she had cut out on her mid way through her term. I knew I could count on Best Buy to have what she needed. I purchased it online and she picked it up from where she was.

I'm getting use to the small screen and keyboard, however keyboard is to sensitive. I can be typing a word and all of a sudden the curser goes to another word on another line and finishes typing the word at that location. Does it quite often. How can I correct this?

Good little laptop if yo do not need anything fancy and low cost/performance is what you are looking for. While snappy its not designed for heavy use (Pentium/4GB RAM). Great for that backup laptop or for late night replies to emails from the couch.

So far so good! A laptop this small with 128 SSD is hard to find. This laptop is very reliable and it is 2 in 1; plus at this price you will not find it anywhere. Meet my expectations!

Bought this for both of my children, 10 and 16 to use at home for school. Really easy to navigate for the both of them. Just a little small would be my only complaint. However, compared to others is it priced well.
