Mr Will
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.fast setup, it walked me through password creating, internet connection and MS360 installation. using spreadsheets and saving to the cloud was automatic. this helped if i closed my laptop. I’m 73 years young and this system was easy to setup.

Solid mobile use for class
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It may not be the fastest thing in the block but it sure got me through class. It’s small mobility made it easy to use and carry around campus. Definitely not a full pc but great for excel, word docs for reports, and zoom.

Good laptop
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all it’s a great laptop. My only complaint are the speakers. I have to watch a lot of video for my classes and it was really hard to hear them because of the quality of speakers. Also, I wish it came with the light up keyboard.

Very dissatisfied
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure who's responsible. Whether it's a sales or service issue. But I was very disappointed with this purchase. I bought 3 laptops as gifts for my family 6 months ago. The computer I bought for myself I opened right away and started using. The computer was a piece of garbage from the beginning.. runs very slow. Takes 10 to 20 minutes just to get to the home screen. If it makes it there at all. Sometimes I have to restart just to get to the home screen. The other 2 laptops were just opened. They came with 6month subscription for internet security that I asked not to be activated.. They did anyways and so it was expired before I got the chance to use it. So I bought a new subscription for Trend. But when I went to install all all 3 laptops. The system crashed. Geek squad told me that the computers may have been trying to do to many backed up updates at the same time and so it shut the whole operating system down...I'm not a computer genius, but I know enough to know that should not happen with a new computer..not to mention 3 new computers. I have geek squad protection and the tech support membership so non of the repairs are coming out of my pocket. But what disturbs me is that I was told if I didn't have those plans. I would be paying for these repairs out of pocket. Repairs for a bad operating system on a new computer. Repairs that the technical assured me was not my fault and I did nothing wrong...How is that possible I asked.. and I'm still asking and have not gotten a satisfactory answer. I've been dealing with Best Buy for a long time. But now I'm starting to question my loyalty to a brand that would sale such garbage and then blame the manufacturer. Im not the manufacturer customer.. I'm a customer of BEST BUY. And if they don't care enough to make sure the products they sale are up to standards. I think I need to find somewhere else to buy my electronics and office equipment and supplies. Very disappointed with Best Buy.. really thought they were better than the rest.

Love it much more than expected!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never owned a laptop before, and was pleasantly surprised. Simple to set up and start working! Still getting used to a much smaller keyboard than my desktop, but other than that... terrific!

Dead from software update after 11 months.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a great computer until it got an update that caused the display to be scrambled. Got it fixed by downloading a different display driver. The next time it was turned off and reopened the bios was apparently corrupt and it would not boot up. Even by taking the battery out and discharging the power fully it will simply not load a new bios. The unit is out of warranty by a month. So I have an 11 month laptop that is not worth the cost of the service expense to correct the software and certainly not worth the cost of any hardware if that is necessary. Using my 7 year old Lenovo until I replace this with something other than an HP.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this computer!!!! I originally bought it to replace my old dinosaur for my children's homeschooling. It is clean and easy to use and the tablet feature is amazing for the smaller children.

Great for students!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer for my daughter just before social distancing laws were applied. School is closed for the year and she will be using it for on line class. So far she’s been able to keep up with activities posted from school. Good investment!

Great for the Basics
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's nothing spectacular, but it's great for all the basics. If you're in need of something for a younger student or something just for browsing, moderate work from home, and Microsoft Office, then this is perfect.

Average laptop, great value
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this laptop for students in a pinch throughout the COVID pandemic. While it is not as snappy as some other laptops in this segment, we believe that it got the job done for most. A very good value.

Fast little guy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great SMALL convertible laptop, a perfect on-the-go companion. Fast, smooth and the keyboard is comfortable to use and not too small. I recommend switching it out of S-mode for unlimited use; easy to do.

Good Laptop.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this laptop. The 2-in-1 feature is very handy. It is nice and light to carry around. The battery life is good. This would be a good starter laptop or a good laptop if you want to downsize from an older heavier model.
