I bought this laptop for my son's schooling and it works great!! Not only does he use it for school but he plays games as well with no problems. We are very pleased with it and might purchase another one.

Good laptop for school work. Not really powerful to play games or stream in hd but for basic work/ school work it’s a great laptop to have. Being able to switch it to tablet mode is a great plus also.

Purchased for my 5 yr old to play Roblox on and it handles that beautifully. Lots of bang for buck here. No lagging and build quality is better than Id expect at this price point.

laptop is perfect for a third grader as she currently needs to meet with the class and turn in homework on line. Probably not powerful enough to send a rocket into space but we don't need that kind of computing power. Hope this helps.

Bought this for my son for distance learning. He now uses this more than his iPad. He thinks it’s the greatest because he can use it as a computer and a tablet. We will likely buy another for my daughter soon.

Great laptop I use this for work and I love it easy to use. I bought 2 of these so far both great. I bought one for my mom and she loves it.

The first time used it shut down completely and then something come up on the blue screen saying the PC runs in an error etc. Someone say that the PC crash that's why that blue screen came up. It take hours to come back on.

We got this computer for my sister for virtual classes since the computers from the school district are not the best. So far it works well for school.

I bought this for my daughter to help with school this summer. This is a great laptop for casual or school use. Responsive touch screen, light wright and capable. I would recommend this product to others.

Bought this for my child whom is a high school student. With as much distant learning that has been going on, she has had no problems logging onto different platforms. This laptop gets the job done.

I was replacing a MS Surface which had crashed. so wanted a small, cheap, but useful laptop running Windows 10. I brought it home, set it up with no problems, and have been operating well ever since.

I was amazed by how easy it was to use! The on-screen tutorial was just excellent. My laptop arrived in a timely manner and was completely undamaged in shipment. Thank you, Best Buy!

Simple and useful highly recommend !! Just got general use or school it really does get the job done. Needed it for an online test that needed certain requirements and this had them all

Good until sound started going out after 1 month of use for kid's online school. Maybe it was just this one. Other than that good little laptop.... liked touchscreen.

The one thing I was not happy about was when I ordered this product,I recieved a free virus scan with it that was not compatible for my laptop and had to pay geek squad to fix it so it would work. Now I am out 150.00 dollars.

I Love all HP Products. Great Quality! I would recommend this Product to anybody! I will always order products from Best Buy! The price was very affordable! I'm getting good usage out of this product!

Unfortunately, I realized after we bought this laptop that while the "prices was right" and the SSD drive relatively large - it comes loaded with the special "WIndows 10S" which stinks with this "special" lite version of Windows, you can only download programs from the Microsoft Store (e.g. NO Chrome, etc.) Since Microsoft has since abondoned this terrible product, they tell you to do the free upgrade to Windows 10 Pro - which would be fine if the machine allowed for a full 8GB or RAM. Instead, its limited to 4GB, so you might as well be running the light, fast Google Chromebook operating system and at least you'll have better access to a wider range of apps!!

It was a great product. I unfortunately had to return it because it was not useful. I wanted fir work but they ended up buying us laptops . The gadget was smooth. User friendly.

This laptop is great for home use, streaming video, video conferencing, word processing. It's plenty fast starting up and on the internet. The picture is one of the best I've seen on a laptop. I definitely would reccomend.

I had to buy this laptop due to Covid19 and schools closing. It was a great investment. The price I paid for this laptop was a GREAT PRICE.. Turns out we all like this model and I will be buying 2 more.
