I purchased this for my son's school needs but within an initial few days, we realized this can't even perform basic tasks of Zoom calls and opening up files simultaneously. I knew the configuration before I purchased this and expected this could do some basic computing needs for an elementary student. I am giving an extra star for size, weight, and appearance. I wish they would upgrade the computing power.

Product works as I expected, have had no issues. I also feel as though I have support if there are issues. It's about exactly what I was looking for, and the sales staff was very helful.

I got this laptop for my son and he loved it!! I have to purchase it again because the hinge broke and geek squad couldn’t fix it! I just wish it was the same price that I purchased it for.

This is a terrific entry level laptop for remote learning. My son used it all of 2020 and 2021. It looks like it’s going to carry us into 2022, as well.

My granddaughter uses the HP for art projects. She loves the 2-1. We bought this one after a lot of research into the alternatives. This HP 2 in 1 is everything we hoped it would be. Recommended.

This laptop is perfect for our home use. I don't need gaming, but we do watch videos, netflix, movies. So this laptop fit our wants and needs for personal use and minimal home office.

Absolutely love this laptop it works for everything I need from online gaming to schoo work, working from home to video chats with friends and family overseas! I love my HP!

So good so far, I had to reset the laptop to help it run better, but no it is running smoothly. It's a very good product for the value. I purchased a Dell Active Pen which is compatible with this.

The only complaint I have about this laptop is that the keyboard isn't lit for nighttime use. Battery life is good, boot speed is great.

So far so good this is my first laptop, ive had a home computer before ths is different. Im enjoy it so far haven t had any problems with it, I just need to het me a mouse for it...

A great computer to hang out with and surf the internet, check email and social media. I haven't used it for my main computer but I am sure it would perform well it I needed to make it my main computer.

Don't know if it has a camera.. no book of information on what's available and how to access it.. so I don't know if it has a lighted keyboard switch. I am really disappointed there is no instructions.

Really nice laptop for students and really easy to use. My nephew loved this computer and even if he didn’t have any experience before this laptop it was really was easy to use and he loves it !

My fiancé is a marine and I got this for him for his birthday and he loves it! He watches Netflix on it, uses word and excel, and has no problems with it! I got him virus protection as well!

This laptop isn't very fast. I got it because I had to use zoom for meetings with clients. It does the job, but don't be in a hurry.

Purchasing this from Best Buy went very well. We ordered and paid for it online. Went to the store, called from the designated location in the parking lot and they brought it out. Easy-peasy !

Perfect laptop for my daughter for virtual learning. Only complaint is that she has a hard time staying connected to wifi. No other laptop has issues except hers. It’s a hard trouble shoot to fix.

I bought this for my husband in June of 2021. He uses it every day and it works great for him. He has no complaints. It does what he needs it to do.

Got this for my daughter and she loves it. Works pretty well. My only concern initially was that it was too small, but it’s easy for her to move around and manage.

Perfect for elementary remote learning. Laptop is pretty small but the perfect size for a young student. Not too powerful but can handle games streaming video calls etc.
