first time having a laptop, i used for zoom the picture was perfect but every time i was a zoom makes a noise when friends were talking and that's the reason i returned.

It's a good computer for casual everyday use. It's a bit slow and it tends to get real laggy playing a lot of games. But, it's a good computer regardless.

The new HP laptop is just what I wanted to help me daily. It is small and light while offering larger computer use. Once again HP proves itself in power and accessibility.

Runs slow for a new computer but had no choice but to get this one at the time due to the virus Best Buy was sold out of other ones I was looking at and considering buying.

Good little laptop I have been using just to watch videos and some lite couch gaming. I wish it was able to charge thru usb-c but still good enough for me.

Perfect for what I needed. Plus the screen flips around for a full tablet feature and options was a very nice added bonus. Very pleased.

I bought this computer thinking it would be faster since this would be “virus-free” compared to my old laptop. I was wrong. The speed is about the same. It sucks because I need it for work so I can’t get stuff done as quickly. Other than that I love that it is lightweight.
