Nice overall but am having some problems with this version of windows. Can't find the help menus I need. They are not covering the information I need.

the ordering on line and picking up in the store was so smooth and everyone was helpful. the computer works great and my husband was very excited for his b day gift.

Got it for my wife she needed something simple to do her surveys and work on social media , she loved it

Bought this for my college kid. She is enjoying it. It is small but powerful.

Was bought for my teen last Christmas. She uses it all the time and hasn’t given Her any problems so far. Now I want to buy one for myself.

I am a Mac user and needed a PC for a PC only app. Didn’t want to spend a lot. This laptop gave me what I needed with latests Windows and looks sharp.

I like this laptop overall. It's the right size for sitting on the couch browsing. Has a head phone port so I can enjoy youtube videos.

Used for read emails and Office application. Hard disk (SSD) is little small. but I use the backup on my network. Out of that it is a great machine to conventional use.

Exactly what I needed. Love the 2 in 1 feature. Only tho think don’t like is in tablet mode you keep typing the keyboard but no biggie. Nice little computer

Overall it does exactly what I bought it for. It is a little slow compared to some high end laptops, but it does the job. Easy to use, easy to set-up and no issues so far.

I am very pleased with everything. The website was very easy to use. The representative in the store was very polite.

Awesome laptop got it as an extra when my other one crashed now my 7yr old daughter uses it for school.

Decent laptop that got the job done. I am satisfied with my purchase. Don't expect to run any huge software or games on this machine though.

This was too much computer for me; way too many features that I really do not need; this laptop just was not a good fit for me. Unfortunately I broke the glass touch screen after failing to get back to Best Buy within 15 days of purchase to buy the geek squad protection, so I am now stuck with a worthless $400 laptop. I would go on to purchase a far cheaper laptop from Best Buy without so much stuff loaded into it.

Small computer has clear pIcture on screen. Have problem with wI-fI network, it takes long tIme to open websites. However, my kids like this computer.

We purchased this laptop for my daughter's second year of college. She is very pleased with the ease of use and performance.

Replaced an outdated PC. Does everything you need and its a 2 in 1. Great battery time and fast start up and load.

Does the job that I need it for, but I find many of the smaller mobile phone a pad games just don’t have a place for them in the Microsoft OS...

Bought it for my daughters birthday in September and the backspace key is already broken. I have to drive it to Portland to get it fixed which is ridiculous!
