Have only been using it for a few weeks but so far its working well. Perfect size for a student. Touchpad is a nice feature. Would be better if office software were included, but that's what you give up for the lower price. All in all, nice computer for the price.

I love it, it's easy to use. Has multiple ports for my externals. light weight.

This laptop has problem with its sleep mode. My first one wouldn't "sleep" properly; it would "shut down" when I closed the lid and when I selected "sleep" mode from the menu. To come back to life took longer than starting from a "shut down." I brought it back to the store. They rebooted the whole operating system. I picked it up, and took it home. Same problem. I brought it back and exchanged it for another, checking that the new one could "sleep." It could. After a couple weeks of use, the problem developed again with the new laptop. Obviously not a one of kind problem. I'm not a happy customer, but at this point, I have to soldier on; I already loaded so much onto it, I can't afford the time to start fresh again. I can only hope HP comes up with a "fix" for the problem.

I purchased this laptop for school and love it. I like how I can use as a laptop or flip it over and use as a tablet without it being bulky. I recommend this for any one who want the 2 in 1 product.

I like it because it is small but just right for what I need. Light weight. Very easy to carry on trips, Now all my Granddaughters and daughter want one,

At first I'm skeptical about getting a touch screen laptop, but this one changed my mind. The power on this one is good relative to the price. Sturdy too

This laptops is very touchy and sensative! It was always flipping pages on me when I touched the keypad. I was annoyed with it after 10 minutes of using it. I guess that's what you get with the price. I took it back and got something better.

Windows 8 has to be the worst program on the planet. This computer is slow and hard to operate! Hate it

It works fine but it really slows down our freezes if you have more than one app going at a time.once you figure that out it can be a decent little computer for solitare or other card games.

This computer is perfect for my daughter, a junior in HS. It is very portable and the battery lasts the entire school day with moderate use.

I needed a new laptop, Best Buy had the lowest price - at the time I was looking - for what I was looking for. It came equipped with Windows 8 - which I am still trying to figure out!

Works great, only thing I don't like so much is getting it to turn off completely so it does not run battery down while not being used.

I just have this laptop for around 2 months and it is been good for my staff. Everything runs in a good way.
