    Computer works well. Easy to set up. Have to get use to touch screen. When in tablet mode, sometimes frustrating when page you are working on disappears. Takes time getting use to. Overall a great computer . works well for all I need.

    Computer was used twice before it black screened and could not be used again. Worst part was the customer service with HP and at Best Buy. I will not buy anything from Best Buy again.

    This laptop is also a notebook, but the touch screen doesn't always work. It freezes up often and if you don't save your document every few minutes be prepared to lose your work. It's the worst computer I've ever owned!!!
