Slow, slow, slow. I Really did not expect this laptop to be so slow. I’ve had several people take a look at it and it’s just slow. I have never had an HP laptop before and I’m pretty sure this will be the last one.

At such a price it seems to be compact laptop which everyone would love to own. Suitable for carrying out normal routine work and even plan your activities.

From my wife = I love it! It has great storage.And the video quality is great. The speakers are also great. Love the color.

Not that fast, but decent battery life Overall decent build quality for price point but not 'corporate'. DEFINITELY speeds up with solid state disk replacing mechanical hard drive. HP must be getting rid of old hard disks in inventory!! (No reason to have rotating media anymore in a typical laptop.) A little bit difficult to open up & replace HDD, etc. GET A PLASTIC PRY TOOL to not damage plastic by using knife blade etc. Many cellphone repair toolkits have these. Didn't really need the touchscreen: will try turning it off to see if it extends battery life at all. I upgraded to Windows 10Pro since 10 Home is so useless and MS's automatic not-that-deferrable upgrade policies are terribly bad on Win10 home/S.

Purchased for my mother who’s in her sixties and a novice computer user. She likes that it’s touch screen just like her phone. Efficient, fast enough for a beginner.

The HP Pavilion 11" laptop is a lot of capability in a very portable device. The laptop was immediately available for shipping and arrived the next day.

Excellent computer for the money. Great value, quick, lots of storage and it has a touch screen too! You get a lot of bang for your buck with this HP!

Out of the box the laptop is really slow computer, after spending many hours doing a refresh install, removing all the hp software, and finding the drivers for the wifi card works Ok for entry level tasks.

Exceed my expectations for a small laptop... very handy and it works for my needs. Can be use as tabs too! Best thing of it is it has touch screen!

Good computer, could be a littler faster but once all things are settings are changed to make it better its pretty good.

I had to have a lap top for my business trip. It was defiantly the right choice. Easy to tote and warms up quickly. I highly recommend this lap top.

the laptop is great for someone that is only using it for one program at a time. Light and portable but, if you are going to be having multiple programs open it will freeze up quick to catch up.

The size and weight is what I was looking for. However it’s a slow to respond. I’m going to return it.

This HP computer is my got to over my Apple pro, wen I just want to watch movies and play games on the play. Easy foldable 360 degrees into a table!

Love the ease of use! The touch screen is so cool! I can use it with or without the keyboard and it doubles as a TV screen!

If your looking for a good computer this is it. We almost bought the surface pro and realized this does the same thing but for half the cost.

Only have this laptop for one month but so far it is operating fine. Like the touch screen and conversion to tablet feature. Nice screen

I bought this for my daughter, for school. She loves the computer and it fits easily in her backpack to take with her to school and the library.
