Really nice budget convertible

Meets basic laptop needs for the budget minded

Will meet the basic needs of someone that is primarily surfing the web social media then using Google Docs. If you’re a hard-core Windows user I would suggest purchasing a more powerful device.

HP laptop

I do not know if this is the computer or the OS but it takes forever for programs to load and has been this way from the beginning. I have not added much on since the purchase and use my IPad way more because it is so faster. Maybe the processor is just slow. I hope to upgrade to Windows 11 as Windows 10 has been a big disappointment! XP was by far the best OS Microsoft ever put out!
