The computer itself is great. It’s super light, compact, and was really everything I was looking for. However- I’ve spent at least 5 hours now on the phone with HP customer support (over 3 separate phone calls). The WiFi drops, constantly. Every 5 mins I lose internet connection once or twice. Based on other reviews it sounds like I need to spend another couple hours on the phone with HP and we can fix it.....but who wants to spend this much time on the phone, trying to fix a brand new computer?

I would recommend purchasing this laptop but I would be weary of the versions that come with HDD instead of SSD. Originally bought this product in 2014 and in about 2018 the HDD failed out of nowhere and I lost all of my data. I figured maybe it was because of age so I went ahead and bought this newer version in 2019 and again the HDD failed a year later. I believe the HDD isn’t good quality in these. If you do purchase this I’d highly recommend getting the one that comes with SSD or installing your own. If not definitely make sure to back up your date periodically

It was a gift for my mother on Christmas, she informs me that she loves it. Compact, light but runs with lightening speed.

Bought because I was out of town and had not taken laptop with me. This did what I needed and liked the compact size.

The laptop is nice but when it’s kind of slow as you use them every day, I guess it’s just ok for chatting snd not for heavy usage

It has the needed storage. My daughter can play game and do art work on this laptop at the same time.

Basic touch laptop. I guess not bad for the price, but should have invested in a laptop with more ram. Too slow for even the basic browsing and playing games

It's little slow. I would recommend to go for little faster processor. I paid too much for it. BestBuy prices are high for the kind of product it is.

A nice small and light laptop for the price. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The SSD memory saves a lot on battery life when not plugged in. Using it as a tablet is kind of cool too.

Computer worked fine the first two and half years did not make it to three. It is extremely slow even with the Geek squad protection. I was told the computer isn't compatible with its own drive and what I want to do on it. What I wanted to do was school work and have more than one browser open at a time. It sucks that I have to get a new one in less than three years.

Needed something simple for work travel & entertainment. Havent had it long but my wife loves it so far

Great piece of Tech right here! Better than a chromebook! All bells and whistles! Even has windows ink!
