Deciding between HP or Apple , returned and decided to go back to Apple products

I liked this computer at first, however, it hasn't even been a year since I bought it and I'm already having issues. Sometimes the entire screen will blur and blackout while the labtop is still on. I'll be in a zoom and the screen will go black but I can still hear audio. It's frustrating.

Unfortunetly I did not read all the reviews. For the most part it got great but all those that only gave 1 star did so for the same reason that I did. Ran great for about 6 hours. When I got up the next morning and went to turn it on all I got was a black screen. Would not respond to anything I did. Had it for 2 days before I got a chance to return it to the store and would never turn back on. One reviewer actually returned 3 times for the same type of computer and had the same problem with all of them. Overall HP computers do not score very high in reliability. I went with a Lenovo flex as had Lenovo before with no problems and they are known to be a very reliable computer.

Someone not computer smart ..hard to figure out! Otherwise nice system

Much frustration with getting computer set up since windows10S was such a roadblock in getting the virus protection sold to us by Best Buy. Only with the tech support from Webroot were we able to get it installed. If computer comes with Windows 10S, we should have been not been sold Webroot

It is an ok Laptop, but I really do not think it is worth the price.

I am getting the Lenovo yoga which is quite a bit more but useable

I got this one for my relative as a gift. It’s working well.

Dont buy or you will regret it. The bad reviews are true. The computer turned off and didn't cut back on. I only had it for 4 days before exchanging for an apple product. Get an ipad for the price of this low quality computer

This computer slow me down specially I am watching videos.

Nice simple laptop that does everything I need it to.

2stars because of extremely short battery life. Can only get about 3-4 hours of use before needed to plug this in to charge. Not very useful for a laptop. His is used by my son for remote school..... Other then battery.... everything else seems great.

Good computer but screen resolution could be better.

So excited to provide them for my children in this altered education system. They loved it. Then it just completely stopped working. I had to take it to back. No, it was never dropped or placed anywhere. It simply stopped turning on. Very odd for HP.

It gets very hot just after a short time of using it. It also slows down tremendously when you have multiple applications running at the same time. I got this on sale before the price went back up. I probably wouldn’t recommend this to a friend.
