I am using this laptop for few days and I am deciding to return it as the display is flickering and blurry. On the sticker it is saying, FULL HD 1080p display but the resolution of the display can not be set to 1920X1080. Build quality is average.

STAY AWAY... 1st computer the entire keyboard / TouchPad was lose and the fan would not turn off Returned for an exchange for same make model and brand... (we drove 3hrs to get thos computer due to them not having it in stock locally.... 2nd computer the screen kept randomly going black with the period of darkness getting longer each time. Needless to say no more HP Due to the stores conduct with the return of the second computer we chose to take our money elsewhere. Factory direct Dell

Still working on how to use features. My old computer seemed for user friendly. This computer seems to interrupt my progress as I have to review so many things before I can complete an assignment. I'm hoping it gets easier.

The products screen goes off from time to time when in use.Secondly it heats excessively when plugged in power.

At first, I was having problems opening attachments or clicking on certain things. I had a friend try to help and they used their mouse with the same results. When I took it to Best Buy the next day, the computer would not turn on so returned it and bought another brand that I love.

Stay away from this laptop. I was sold on the attractive price and the HP brand; however, this device has caused me nothing but issues ever since I purchased it six months ago. Every other day I experience what is called the "blue screen of death" and when I reset it, can take up to hours at a time. When I call Best Buy to address the issue, "It is HP's fault and you must deal with them" and I receive no help from Best Buy whatsoever. I have called HP several times and they have not been able to diagnose the issue either.

I was not very happy with this laptop. It was not easy to use the keypad. It was hard to see with it all being black. I returned the product and purchased a different laptop.

The product box was received in another box but it was destroyed by water and torn apart. Luckily the product was not damaged. I do love the juicer and would recommend that product.

I bought this laptop with the open box policy and with the second highest approval rating and I am disappointed in what I bought. As a college student I don’t have 500 dollars to spend on something that is broken, so I thought for sure with y’all approving to sell this product it would atleast work. The screen randomly goes black and the power on button lags after charging. I thought I had atleast 30 days to return this item but I only got 15 or so. I will never purchase a laptop from Best Buy again.

had the computer less than a month, it being sended to the manufacturer because the screen when out some internal hardware problems that it want power back on! Not happy !

This is a poorly made machine. Less than a month after buying it we had to return it because the microphone stopped working. When we got it back a few weeks later everything seemed to be good until about another 2 months later when the mouse pad stopped working and some keys do not work. I bought this for my wife right before the school year started so she could have a decent computer while teaching from home and now 4 months later I'm in the market for a new computer again.

I loved this computer until I started having issues charging it. I am so disappointed because I really like this computer and need it for school. The charging light blinks white even when it’s plugged into a power source. I am so frustrated because I saw all the great reviews and thought I was getting a great computer. I even tried going to the geek squad desk at Best Buy but unfortunately, they don’t “ test batteries” there. I guess I’m going to have to return it. Seriously disappointed!!

This computer has had issues turning on since the beginning. I went to bestbuy shortly after I purchased it and they said it was because it was updating so it won't start back up until updates are done. Now it won't start at all, and I need to go back to HP with it since it's out of its 30 days. Returning to HP is a horrible hassle, no one to actually contact. I would not recommend, and will probably never buy another HP.

The computer was sent back to HP. Today I had a phone call from an HP Customer Escalator. The computer was to be mailed to me for me to receive today, Aug. 14th. The company is going to send another computer, The Customer Escalator will call me next Friday. Hopefully he will have an estimated date when I will receive a new computer. With the virus the estimated date will be 3 weeks from next week. I was able to use the computer for three hours. What a bummer!

The computer only lasted 2 weeks, it kept getting hot. It almost felt that they send me a refurbished laptop.

i purchased this laptop on july 6th and received it july 8th, it was working fine in the beginning but now barely two months later first it was glitching. I’ll be watching netflix and it’ll just start freezing up and glitching. Also when the screen would go black while waiting it’ll turn all the way off. ALSO once it turned off it takes way too long for it to turn back on. I could’ve saved my money. Won’t recommend.

I purchased this to edit my GoPro videos and the Microsoft based operating system sucked. Not compatible GoPro software.

Easy to use and adequate to my needs. Still getting use to it but I like it
