Good Machine. Could have gotten it from PC Richard cheaper, faster (same day) , and without having to beg them to treat me like a human being, which is what happened when I ordered from Worst Buy. NEVER Again.

Hate microsoft edge..no interest on format.. and sad and feeling guilty bc husband bought it for me

Mouse pad suddenly stopped working and I cannot fix it even after factory reset and updates.

Motherboard went out before 1 year. Then the grek squad claimed they computer they had out qas a different model so therefore they couldnt do and exact swap and I would have to pay the difference since I had originally purchased on tax free holiday. They are ok computers for kids to do school work.

I plan to study Medicine and I needed this laptop. You all cancelled the order because “the item is not available”. If this was going to happen, why the seller did not advise me this? Why you could not provide me with other options that ARE available and in stock for purchase? I am now without a computer and I start studying soon.

Why did I buy this? I’m not sure. I was desperate clearly. The screen resolution and quality is TERRIBLE I can barely see what I am typing. I will never purchase an HP again. Also Best Buy’s 15 day return policy, absolute trash. None of the employees even knew how to help me- they didn’t know anything about the laptops.

I have enjoyed my hp laptop 360 that I purchased in January 2020. So far. I’ve purchased two more for my kids to do online school and both laptops had hardware issues and I had to return them. Pretty disappointing HP is making more but only with a less than reasonable operating system that they can’t even function.

Bought two of these for my kids home schooling. Had them one month now and already having to get one fixed. The headphone jack is not longer recognizing anything being plugged in. Tried a couple of different headphones and sound continues to play over computer speakers instead of any of the headphones.

The laptop will cut off and I have a hard time to get it to come back on.

Having problems with screen glare and messages are not sending.

When i get on the internet sometime it will tell me no connection and i check the wifi connection tab and it said it was connect. It came with the new Edge from Microsoft so I when to Chrome and it's still doing the same.

It was okay, not worth $600. I ended up returning it.

After only 2 months of very limited use, the screen went black with vertical lines on the right hand side. Do not buy this computer! Of course Best Buy has a 15 day warranty, and HP charges more than I paid for the computer to fix it. DISGUSTED!

I was excited about this product but it didn’t live up to the hype for me. Between poor camera quality and a keyboard that isn’t backlit (and quickly fading) I found myself searching for something better for work purposes.

I bought this computer for my daughter in law as a Christmas present. She used it twice before it stopped working the third time she turned it on. Now I am going through the Best Buy vs HP warranty nightmare. Never again.

Hinge broke off as soon as i opened it. The screen cracked for the same reason. bad design in my opinion

1. The biggest drawback is it comes windows Smode operating system which does not allow to use Chrome browser at all. 2. OS eats around 40 gb of 128 GB disk space so left around 80 gb it will be too less...

Bought just weeks ago. Closed laptop and reopened 2 minutes later and hasn’t worked since. Bestbuy has put me off a week for appt for help. I will not be paying for this appointment. Disappointed!!! Ca

Best buy employee said I could not return my product.

Bought this brand new! recently and had to return it. It was defective. Got credit from BB and will have to get another laptop. Will not get HP. Do not recommend.
