The computer stopped working after only 2 months....this is crap

Had to return. Screen and keyboard did not work/respond.

Was not able to try this product since it did arrive damaged.

I went to two places looking for WiFi and could not connect.

They say laptops last 3-5 years, it’s year 4 and this one is still going. I had to purchase an external hard drive because I deal with large files often, but other that than it has been good.

Outstanding laptop! The 2 in 1 feature is incredibly versatile and practical! I use this for work and it more than gets the job done. Fast start up. Great display. Light to carry around. And the touch screen is on point.

I went to Best Buy in Coconut Creek Fl, on friday evening to buy a computer do to schooling online. I was looking for a very inexpensive laptop but came across this one on display and failed in kive with it. The sales associate stated that it was out of stock but I look around for another but kept coming back to this one. And I look under the table where I found a box with the exact model number mixed with another model number and I said yes I've found one the sales associate ask me where I found it because on the device he had scan the display one with stated OUT OF STOCK. Well look at this it's the same exact 1 and I want it. I have a New Baby and She is in Good Hands BACK TO SCHOOL HERE MY GIRLS COME. THANK YOU!! BEST BUY OF COCONUT CREEK FLORIDA.

I had the same power on not working but working sometimes problem another buyer reports here. Often the power button would need to be pressed several dozen to hundreds of times before the machine woke up. This was on the 15.6 model of the x360 HP ENVY, so it is apparently a problem endemic to at least this line of products. The power on not working problem is apparently a well-known and common problem. There are litereally hundreds of similar problem reports on the HP support website. However, when you work with an HP tech support person they deny having ever heard of the problem or having a solution. Tech support will immediately drop remote access software on your machine. After they do, they find no problem they are able to fix. I suspect that the 'tech support' system is just a racket; out of India no less. Personally, I will void the HP Envy series until this problem is addressed.

I just got this little laptop and it is perfect!!! I use it for work. The office programs run smoothly. I also have watched a movie and use for social media and games. Worth every penny!!
