||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Finding the keyboard more comfortable than my last laptop ( ergonomic )....and I lose the page of the email I am writing just once in awhile....used to happen all the time with my old email....but when it happens;.. I always fiind the email in " drafts.".. .. a big relief. Totally unable to use the new version of Microsoft Office...very frustrating....wiil need a class !!
