I had a HP Pavilion in college and LOVED it! I decided to get it again and I'm not disappointed. Just how I remember it except its touch screen. My last HP laptop I had it for 4 years and I'm hoping this one will last that long or longer. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy this machine but I knew off the bat the hard drive was going to drive me bonkers. I opted to buy an SSD out of the gate and boy was it worth it. Prior to switching to that drive, it felt sluggish starting the machine as well as booting. Once I upgraded to the SSD it was a night and day difference. I would also note, since I've swapped drives on several generations of HP Pavilion x360s this was the easiest as bottom panel came off easier and screw locations were more straightforward.

I am glad I bought this laptop! I love it! It works perfect both as a laptop and a tablet. It is so thin and it’s the perfect size. The touch screen makes everything so much easier! I highly recommend this laptop. The best one I have purchased! I’ve had it for 2 years and it still works like new.

I got this my senior year of college and it has been a great addition to my educational life. The touch screen option is lit especially when I have to do a lot of reading. I also love how it can be folded to look like a tablet. A great investment, especially since I’m preparing for graduate school.

Great value for your money, including very helpful touch-screen. Weakness is the huge design mistake to have the power button located on the side, exactly where you put your hand to move the equipment which causes to power it off in an undesirable moment.

We used this laptop for our Field Fire Techs to be able to program fire alarm panels and update Floor plans while in the field. updating floor plans is a breeze combined with the Wacom Bamboo Smart Stylus. we have used some touch screens in the past and we have always gone back to the HP touch screens as they seem to be the best so far.

I have owned this laptop for over a year and I love it. I am a normal computer user where I use it for word documents, email, zoom, and internet surfing. The touch screen and the flip feature is nice. We have watched netflix on it and the picture is nice.

We got this for our daughter who has Down Syndrome. A touch screen was a must and with it folding over to become a tablet is another plus. She is able to turn it on and plug it in along with using her headphones. It is a very simple computer, but for a special needs child or as a child's first computer, it is a good one to consider.

I like this computer. Not as good as the Envy I had because it had a larger screen and a numeric keypad and more RAM, but it works well for work, and internet apps. Not good for my sons gaming stuff, but it is definitely good for the price!

We were needing a 2 in 1 laptop to meet our business needs. This machine met all the minimum requirements that we had and was the most affordable at the time of our purchase. We have been using this machine for 2 weeks and have experienced no issues.

but my old one, about 3 years old, began to die and the the battery was beginning to swell. I took it in for repairs and found that would cost as much as a new computer, so VERY reluctantly picked out this new one. I did not like that, even with insurance, transferring my data from old computer would cost me $99!! There are many things that do not transfer and I did lose a lot of things that I would rather have kept!! The computer itself is good and am getting used to it, though missing many things I had saved. Hope this one lasts longer----

Originally, I was not considering a 2 for 1 laptop or an HP. However, this laptop had ALL my requirements PLUS is a 2 for 1 for just a little more than the cheapest models I was considering. No performance issues or slowness. Great to have 2 for 1 when I need it and I found a great stylus that works with this laptop on Amazon.

Love my new computer. Easy of use and love the speed

Overall I like this computer, it is easy to use and easy to customize. The only thing I am a little disappointed about is how long it takes to boot up, I would have thought it to be faster than my 8 year old Alienware but it is not.

My wife had been wanting one of the HPs that flipped around, most of them were more than we wanted to spend, but this one was right in our price range. It’s a little slow on startup but with 8gb of ram it gets the job done & looks good doing it!

HP never disappoints. This laptop had everything needed and then some, like pen compatibility and touch screen and all the latest everything. HUGE deal for students so I was able to get more than I budgeted for. I don't upgrade often so I'm very happy with my purchaseand know it will easily get her through all 4 years.

After uninstalling all the crappy software it improve the laptop performance. I am happy now with the speed and performance. Laptop is very easy to use, very lightweight, easy to convert to tablet. Great HP Product. Cons: The power button is on the left side (is not built in the keyboard ) if you move the computer, you can push the button and power off the computer by mistake.

It's been a great laptop. Works fast and portable. The only downside this computer has, is it doesn't have a backlit keyboard, which would've been beneficial. But I'd definitely buy again,

So far I the laptop is performing well. Speed is good for my purpose. Love the tablet feature. Only complaint is the quality of the clarity of the screen. Doesn’t compare to my phone picture quality. The weight is good for travel.
