Purchased this to replace a monstrous older Multi-function color laser printer that was using too much electricity. With the duplex function my other printer did not have, I'm saving paper and the print quality is even better. Only complaint I have is the common one, that it is very loud when printing and calibrating. It prints incredibly fast, even with the first sheet out when in standby mode. I definitely recommend as a great home color laser printer for a budget price.

Great printer. Prints double sided easily. No paper jams so far. Inkjet cartridges that came with the box are still working well. Sometimes the printer WiFi gets disconnected from my PC and it’s very difficult to reconnect. Printing quality 5 stars, connectivity issues 3 stars

The printer makes great copies. I have a problem with it staying connected to my wifi network. Not sure why, but I have to change channels on the 2.4 ghz and reconnect to the wireless router. Cannon tech support is over an hour wait so I never wait that long, we changed from an HP inkjet that was so user friendly that this was makes me want to toss it off the roof.

Thank goodness for alternative toners on amazon. Because how loud this printer sounds when about to print a job is crazy. I guess it prints well and it was affordable. I would rate this 3.5 stars.

Great printer for price. Toner a little pricey but goes a long way. Much better than an inkjet.

I needed a laser printer that I could use with certain crafting jobs. This printer is perfect!!! Although refurbished, it works great thus far. It was easy to set up to be able to print from my phone, my laptop and my tablets/iPads.

Great value and good results so far. Too bad it can't go above 600 dpi, so not good for photos.

Very happy with this high-quality printer. Laser printers don't have problems with dried up ink cartridges!

This printer is the second one I own and use for traveling events. It is reliable and prints great. It’s added wireless feature is awesome for multiple users to print to it.

Last year i got one of these printers for my desk at work. I loved it and when I saw that Best Buy had the same exact printer and the price was incredible I could not resist! So easy to change cartridges too!

I’ve always advocated for laser printers over ink ones because of the overall cost and I stand by that. These printers although refurbished are in excellent shape and are practically new. If toner is your issue Because of price then you don’t know that toner is always available at alternate locations for as low as $20 a color, sometimes less.

I purchased this printer to replace my old HP printer and I can say that it prints great. Not disappointed at all.

Recommended purchase. No problems so far. Needed for basic printing needs and such that the color will not run with water damage.

I love it. It spits out double sided prints like no other, it’s great.

At first I thought it was broken as it kept getting a paper jam, but I was putting paper weight that wasn’t supported. Overall for the price the printer is pretty good once the printing actually begins, it takes about 15 seconds to get it going. Love that it is wireless, that it highly convenient.

Had issues with this machine not workings correctly. Contacted HP support and they sent replacement cartridges. Did not fix issue . Contacted about fixing again and have been ignored. I will not go with refurbished again.

Fast shipping. Okay product. Not as fast in printing pages as expected. But for the price - Good.

I have had this printer for a month now. It has done everything that I could hope for. I hope this printer last me for a long time.
