Great printer with good features. Prints quick and clear. Can scan to phone/ laptop as well as print from them. It’s a little bit of a pain to set up but once done it’s worth it

Total junk printer. I had it for 1 year, a week after the warranty expired it stopped working. First it said I needed ink. I got ink which cost 70.00 plus dollars. After adding ink, it said the Print Head failure. I followed their troubleshooting guide, nothing fixed it. Then I had to spend another 100.00 plus dollars to buy new print heads. That didn't work either. Still displays Printhead Failure. So I have now spent almost the same amount of money trying to fix the printer than what the printer cost. Tried contacting HP with no luck. All i got were automated messages and an AI agent. Will never buy another HP product again. Total Trash printer

This is a great printer except for the wifi connectivity. Print quality is great but I've had a lot of trouble keeping the wifi connected and up. I've seen other review with the same issue. Too bad. Other than that it's very good. I love the tank feature.

Fast and clear. Wanted for air printing but constantly going off line. Should have had patience because two years later went from almost $700 to under $200 on HSN

What a concept! Actually putting enough ink in a printer to last more than 2 packs of paper. Easy setup, all on one works great. So nice we bought 2 of them.

I always buy HP printers. The Geek squad installed this one in about 1 hour and updated 2 laptops with HP software. The 2 Iphones connected easily. I think we will save on ink costs over the life of the printer!

Good product. Multi-functionable and easy to use. I really like the refillable ink tank instead of having to continually buy expensive ink cartridges. Best printer I've purchased.

Unlike my previous Epson ink tank, trouble free. Paper feed is flat from a tray, the Epson was rear feed, and curled. Epson had thumbnail led screen, too small the properly read, HP has an app support via other devices. Pleasant surprise, this HP stays powered on after power returns after an outage. Pricey, but very satisfied.

Practical Home Printer, Scanner and Copier. It took me about 30 minutes from opening the box to printing and scanning. HP user interface is very friendly, it walks you through the entire set of instructions.

This printer is the best printer I've ever owned. It's more compact and does everything I want it to. I really like the smart tank where I can see my levels of ink and it's so easy to add ink.

    JUNK!

While I try to be objective in my reviews, there is little good I can say about my HP Smart Tank 7301. It has been nothing but trouble since I bought it in April, 2022. It is now March, 2024 (that's right, less than 2 years) and the printer driver has gone bad. I found this out after spending hours scanning, executing fixes, removing and reinstalling the drivers and apps, turning off and on my computer, printer, and wifi, and engaging with HP online. It has always been glitchy. It falls asleep and sometimes won't awaken, often having to be turned off and back on again and then waiting for it to through its checks. Paper jams occur far more often than they should from both the scanner feeder tray and the stock printer tray. It has to be operated through the app to work properly which is a bothersome hassel. The only advantage it has over my old DELL is the large ink stores (which is why I bought it) and the fact that I've never had to adjust the print lines. I paid about $400 for it and two years later it's unusable and going in the garbage bin. I would highly recommend anyone reading reviews to look past the reviews of those that just bought and setup this printer combo and read the reviews of those that have owned one for several months. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I'm deleting all HP apps, etc. from my computers and going back to a DELL, or some other brand. Two years of headaches is enough for me.
