The first unit would recognize the magenta tank as being full and after an hour on chat with customer service, I told them to forget it as I would just exchange it. The second one I talked completely and prints nicely. I need a multifunction scanner/printer with a feeder as I scan a lot of documents, and the feeder has jammed twice in the first day of use. For a printer in this price rance, the menu/display is lacking. The $175 printer this replaced had a much better user interface.

The WiFi is always failing. Buttons only light up if it is working-even then you don't know what the buttons are for even when you can see them. You can't just make a simple copy without going to the app and going through 50 steps. Just wanted to print a document and 3 hours later no WiFi connection. Sorry I made this purchase. And no HP support except redundant website.

If you are going to sell a product that requires ink or other supplies I would think that you would sell the supporting supplies. The software works with all of our device and home network wirelessly. Easy set-up. More control of printing vs Epson Eco Tank. Printing is easy. The con is it is a little more expensive than the Epson. It works!!!! Does not take 2 hours to get anything to print like Epson.

FINALLY no expensive cartridges to buy. The printer is pricey but comes with a significant amount of ink. No more small trial cartridges. I have owned HP printers that have failed but so far this one a nice change.

It will be great for a few months and then the wifi will stop connecting, then it will start back, then stop again..After an entire day on the phone with tech support they couldnt fix it and wanted me to try once more with tech support before even talking about replacing it.
