My Geek Squad service was thorough and efficient.

I am not a techie.....and the Geek Squad staff is always there to give me the extra time I need ( so I don't have to come back a second or third time). I also appreciate their respectful interaction. I never feel as much of a beginner as I am! Thank you for that. I keep coming to the Geek Squad because of their knowledge and respectful interactions. Very happy with my new HP printer. All is well.

Only downside is you really can't put a lot of paper in the tray and it is a little loud, but it works for what I need it for.

HP Makes fine products

At times I didn't even know if it was working. In the printers defense, I don't know if some of the problems are with windows 10 and the way they are changing printer software. I liked it when you pushed print and there were options for everything. Now a lot of the options are gone and you really don't know what your getting until it is printed or even if it prints. I don't know who is at fault. I miss the old printers and software.
