Overall, it works fine, except for a few glitches. It needed to go through a separate process in order to turn on the scan function -- would have been better if I had been told that to begin with.

This printer is amazing. Has wireless connectivity which allows me to print from anywhere in the house.

Prints text really fast. And pictures print slow but when it comes out the color is good and dry. Easy app setup

I especially appreciate the time I need to meet my concerns. I am not a techie.....and the Geek Squad staff is always there to give me the extra time I need ( so I don't have to come back a second or third time). I also appreciate their respectful interaction. I never feel as much of a beginner as I am! Thank you for that. I keep coming to the Geek Squad because of their knowledge and respectful interactions. Very happy with my new HP printer. All is well.

Excellent printer, Like the fact there are only two cartridges. Slim enough to fit on a small dinner table.

This is my first smart tank printer - it works pretty well so far. Only downside is you really can't put a lot of paper in the tray and it is a little loud, but it works for what I need it for.

So far the fastest quality printer I have ever owned. I highly recommend this tank printer!

HP makes fine products, but this printer was not fitting my needs, it was extremely slow (hooked over the internet). At times I didn't even know if it was working. In the printers defense, I don't know if some of the problems are with windows 10 and the way they are changing printer software. I liked it when you pushed print and there were options for everything. Now a lot of the options are gone and you really don't know what your getting until it is printed or even if it prints. I don't know who is at fault. I miss the old printers and software.

It’s an okay printer. I wanted an Epson but you were out of stock and didn’t know when you would get one in and this was replacing the one I had under warranty.

You dont have to refill any ink for two years or more. Rhats 100% worth it just right there.

Very good printer. The ink wells vs. Cartridges are a plus. The only drawback is the inability to print double sided on one sheet of paper, hence only a four star rating.
