Horrible lazy service and problem not solved! I had a Geek Squad tech keep me at my laptop for over one hour and he did absolutely nothing. This was the worst service i have received from my Total Service plan that I have paid for and used for over five years. Very disappointed!

TLDR: avoid OLED Screens

Specs are great. And I used to love HP Specter x360, for so long that’s all I purchased. But the fact that it all comes with OLED nowadays makes for a major dealbreaker.
OLED burn-in is a real issue, and a quick google search would immediately show you that it happened to many people and was not covered by HP warranty which means $500 to change the screen every time it happens.
Returned it and decided to no longer buy HP products.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Purchased a computer on sale, they lost it in shipment, They are refusing to deliver a replacement due to it being on sale.
They are refunding the purchase, but will not honor the sale price.
I will not recommend a company that does not honor their contracts!

Connectivity is worse than the lower spec Envy with 1x USB Type A, 1x Type C and headset. Hardware performance isnt great with questionable cooling. And laptop froze and no longer starts after 3 months. Still troubleshooting before I consider returning.

My second HP Spectre. Ran the most recent Windows update. Laptop got very hot and would not reboot. It's fried. Likely the motherboard was fried.

HP sells this laptop for the exact same price -- but includes a pen, two dongles for connecting peripherals and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Best Buy’s version has none of these. Buy drect from HP and save about $200-$300 bucks.
