Q: Is the pen and dongle included?
A: Neither the pen nor the dongle are included. I wish I had read this before I purchased this 2 days ago. Extremely disappointing.
A: Thanks for the response - I was able to find the maintenance manual for this laptop and it does indeed say the WiFi card is swappable. However, it appears that the WiFi 6E card - HP part number M53366-005 - is E-keyed based on every picture I can find of that part. This would mean that a WiFi 7 card - HP part number N39883-005 - would physically fit just fine in its place since it is also E-keyed. Furthermore, your illustrated parts catalog doesn’t list any incompatibilities between the two parts, rather they seem to be easily swappable. Can you please verify that they are in fact interchangeable?
A: Any configuration will support multi display. The only issues you will have is, only 2 usb c ports. So if you connect 2 displays, then you cannot charge the laptop, therefore you would need a dongle like one that's available through hp. Unfortunately if you buy through BestBuy the dongle is not included. If you order through hp you have to customize the configurations which takes over a month to get.
Q: Does this or other HP Spectra laptops have an SD or micro SD slot?
A: Hello and thank you for your question. This HP 14-eu0023dx Spectre laptop has no SD or micro SD card slot. We recommend getting an adapter for this. You can do this with the USB-A port or one of the two Thunderbolt 4 with USB Type-C ports.

A: Because the manufacturer will discount products rarely only on major sale holidays like Black Friday etc where as a reseller / retailer discounts based on inventory backlog or shortage. Hence the retailer wont offer all the bells and whistles that the OEM will to be able to keep the price down and almost always lower than the OEM Manufaturer. Also the retailer will often sell the additional products separatly for profit. The same applies to car dealers, a car dealer will add** stuff non oem to cars to mark them up. Also of note the question was from ( FormerLongTimeBBCustomer ) and I am sure that the OEM HP is not discounting the unit as Best Buy is Now another reason the retailer does not include all the aforementioned extras as that would be pure Losses for Best Buy. It is simply the smart move to wait after a product comes out as there will be sale and other great opportunities to purchase from Best Buy **My Prefered source for all eletronics and home appliances. I am a happy Long Term Buyer of Best Buy.
Q: Since a stylus is not included, how do I obtain one? From Bestbuy or HP?
A: Both Best Buy and HP carry styli that work with this. Best Buy sells Wacom stylus pens that will work with this: Look for a model that is MPP 2.0-compliant.
Q: Is the screen 120hz or 60hz?
A: The display can run at up to 120Hz.
